Not sure about the breakfast part as hubby and I moved out after just one night as I was unable to move in and out of apartment due to no lift in the building, my health is such that climbing all those stairs even once was a nightmare for me
Property access via a lift would be a major improvement as everything else was beautiful including the gorgeous view

Location was great for our needs with 18 min walk to Central Coast Leagues Club and short walk to Sailing Club. Views from apartment balcony were lovely. Supplies of tea, coffee, chocolate and other goodies were exceptional.

The host was exceptional and ensured we felt at home...We had snacks awaiting for the children and wine on arrival for the adults!! Such a wonderful view, and the apartment was spotless.

Location excellent. Everything was pristine clean. Well stocked
Unfortunately, there were three flights of stairs which created difficulty for members of our party. But the presentation f the apartment left nothing to be desired.

This place truly feels like a home away from home, it was exceptionally clean with everything you could need and many more extras. I would 100% recommend especially for a family as it had plenty of room with little things for the kids like board games and a toy on there bed to great them on arrival. Bill the owner was so nice and easy to talk to ready to help with any enquires you may have. A+ from me

Amazing views and a beautiful modern apartment with all facilities. The owner Bill was so helpful. I checked in with my wife and parents. My dad was so happy with the stay that he wrote a a little review on a note.
Thanks again Bill, and if we are in Gosford again, this is the place we are coming back to.

The apartment is clean and very well equipped, with a panoramic view over Gosford beautiful water and landscapes. Bill was kind and friendly in providing his guidance for our stay.

The apartment is beautifully done with decorative touches that certainly lift it from the often generic look and feel of some properties. The beds were comfortable, it was spotlessly clean, and the generous treats, and checks by our host to make sure all was well were very much appreciated . Views spectacular!!
For older or disabled people the stairs up to this wonderful place could be a problem

Wonderful place to stay , not only the panoramic views but the place was perfection. Bill even leaves bucket loads of chocolates and snacks. There are also board games. Close to everything. Best place

The property was clean and very comfortable. owner had made it very welcoming.
Access is a bit of work, it is up 4 flights of stairs. The stairs are well lit and safe.

Very well appointed, clean apartment. Lovely quiet location but still near enough to walk to the waterfront and coffee shops.
We saw wallabies in the morning from the bedroom balcony and then enjoyed the views from the front balcony through the day and night.
Would have liked to have known there was no lift.
