Great place

Spacious and clean condo convenient location to all neighboring towns and beaches. Grocery store and pizzeria across the street were a bonus. Walking trails for our furry companion located up the street.

Overall our stay went very well. The property is fairly new and was mostly cleaned well. It is close to the beach and the on property pool was a nice amenity,

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the house being brand new and for the price we paid, the house was very dirty. We understand that after each stay, the house is not deep cleaned but the floors and bathrooms were dirty with leftover trash and soap residue from prior renters. The carpeted stairs were hairy and did not seem to be vacuumed, the floors did not seem to be washed. There was broken glass from the parking lot and pieces were on the kitchen floor. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was great for our family’s needs! Furniture and decor was very lovely! House directions were clear, location was great and close to our favorite spots. As previously noted by other reviews, traffic from the road was loud. We loved the pool as well! Does have the potential to be a great vacation spot!

Overall, my family and I had a nice stay. Some things that we did not like: family/living area is all the way on top of 3rd floor which was very inconvenient and hard for my mom to aways walk those steps. Not sure why it would be all the way up top - also the TV could have been larger. Another thing, the tv did not work in the master room on the second floor and was not fixed at our stay. Lastly, the grill they had was was awful and cheap. Took forever to heat up. We did love the roof top deck.

We had a great week in Bethany. Nice accommodations. Short drive or bike to the beach. It was nice to come back and enjoy the pool after the beach. The townhouse was nicely decorated and stocked with what we needed. Only issue was the grill was too small to grill on for 10 people.

Beautiful house , nice location. Had every thing that we needed.

Townhouse was very nice. The traffic noise was horrendous with the main road right out your bedroom window. The corner of Fred Hudson and Cedar Neck way to busy at all hours of the day and night. The pool was beautiful very clean. Overall we did have a nice stay.
