Overall a good place to stay. Need working dispensers in showers. Not alot of hot water....but weather was terribly cold. Enjoyed it. Good location.

Condo was nice and cozy. Very clean and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond. Great location for Deadwood, Sturgis, and Spearfish. We would go back, had great time and recommend this property.

The apartment met our needs except for the TV which took a long time to load stations and had no local stations. We tried to call the rental agent several times with no success. The beds were old and creaky and we were afraid that they were going to fall apart. But many nice upgrades seemed to have been done. The new microwave was really good. The showers were hot and clean. The owner needs to have an instruction sheet re things to do before you leave. The location in Lead was good for all of our planned activities.

Cozy, comfortable, quiet, clean and friendly place to say for two couples or a family. Limited parking as there is only one space available per unit. Still a great place to stay.

This property worked perfectly for two couples to stay at. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The main area was comfortable and stocked with necessities. The beds and linens were very comfortable. I also loved the seeing the deer that visit! I realize that this is not the owner's fault, but I would have loved to sit in the hot tub after snowmobiling on a cold day!

Our family spent the weekend skiing at Terry Peak. This condo was perfect. It was close to the ski hill and provided everything we needed. Thank you!

I love the view on the patio. Beautiful area. Nice sized rooms.

Convenient location for access to all points of Intrest. Mattresses and volume of hot water could be improved on.

Room was clean, big, easily accessible. Instructions were simple (I like that). Wifi was good, TV's were good.The trade-off is you don't have a private home or garage, but this is well over 900 square feet with an updated feel at a good price. The queen beds in each room, with extra blankets, were comfy--basically, it was all great.We've stayed at several locations around Deadwood, and this was the best bang for the buck we've seen.

Great place for couples

Correspondence from our guest contacts was extremely poor. We then contacted the management company and was given incorrect information. The cleanliness of the apartment was not the greatest. Dust all over the fans, dirty kitchen floors, under the sink was dripping and stained like it's been dripping awhile. Towels were probably clean, but stained. Toiletries such as shampoo and body wash were empty. The dispenser was there but conditioner only. There were 4 of us and only 3 coffee cups and 4 keurig cups with coffee for 3 days.🙁 I think we left it in better condition than when we arrived. Very poor correspondence and wish it would have been cleaner and had what we needed for four people. We were surprised with this type of service as we JUST were in Breckenridge CO in July and had a great experience with Evolve.

We liked the set up of having the equivalent of two master bedrooms. We only ate out once as we have special diets and enjoy cooking our own meals. The quietness of the condo was impressive. It is nicely decorated in an up-to-date fashion. Loved the faux blue flame fireplace. (Kitchen could use a scissors, and living room blinds had three slats missing.)

The condo was exactly as described. The outside of the property surprised us with the window AC units until we saw that all the buildings had them. The condo was a great location for us and very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again should the occasion arise.

Nice and quiet. Very comfortable accomodations.

Everything seemed great except floors and sliding glass window was very dirty. Also there wasn't much toilet paper (just what was on roll, no extra). Otherwise we very much were pleased with condo.

The condo was great four us four adults with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was central for UTV and golf. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants in town. Manager was helpful prior to our stay. Thanks!

Nice, but floor was dirty, when walking on floor with socks on or barefoot, your feet turned black from scum or dirt on floor. Everything else was fine, beds were comfortable, but no cable TV, very limited viewing.

We booked this location for a long weekend in the Black Hills. Unfortunately, the weather turned on us just before our trip and we were concerned about getting back home on time. Brett was awesome and willing to work with last minute changes to our reservation!!! The condo was recently updated and nice to have 2 separate "wings" with bedroom and bath for each couple. Checkin and check out process couldn't have been easier. Would highly recommend this listing!

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very nice and clean! The apartment was conveniently located near the highways and also the downtown area of Lead. We will look up this property again for our future trips to Lead!

As others have said the condo space is wonderful! However, the condo building/exterior/hallways etc. could use an update. We explored the Black Hills North & South and this was a great location for our home base.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were two couples so it was nice having two bed two bath. We had an amazing encounter with three deer right in the parking lot. They came right up to us! The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the mattresses. They definitely need to be replaced in both rooms.

We were very pleased with this property and hope to stay there again on our next visit to Lead/Deadwood. Convenient location, very clean, comfortable beds, and reasonably priced. The only negative was the hot water recovery. There were 4 adults in our group and we had to wait 30 minutes between showers. We were not clear if the hot water tank is very small or simply needed to be turned up. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Alana Folkerts

Nicely renovated, clean, and comfortable. A great spot to stay while visiting the Black Hills area.

Great place to stay! Loved the mule deer that visited each morning and evening.

Inside of condo was as pictured was very nice. Only thing the hallway inside the building needs a huge update. Very old stained carpet and smelled like smoke, also walls need to be painted.
