Loft was in a perfect and safe location. We were able to walk to the river park, Main and Beale street, trolley stop, and great restaurants.Very clean. Furniture and beds were uncomfortable. The building had an overwhelming smell of marijuana. Our loft did not.

Had a great stay. Loved the loft and its location. If we were to offer improvements it would be to fix and clean the air conditioning unit. So loud it woke everyone up and we found the filter on it was displaced and very clogged with dust. Other than that, it was great.

The Loft was as expected like in description with pictures . We did come across AC issues upon arrival , but Host was on it to get it fixed and prompt to make us feel comfortable. Elijah our host was always attentive to our needs and stayed in full contact with us to makes sure AC was in good working conditions. Even brought in portable ac units to assure our stay was going to be comfortable in Loft. Parking was a bit concerning, but manageable . There was construction going around the area but nothing to be concerned ,especially at night. Would stay again.

Lovely sun filled spacious apartment. Walking distance to Beale Street and very close to Main Street trolly stop. Opposite the Lorraine Hotel with the Neon sign..quite amazing to be so close to history. Good Fortune Company restaurant a good find and close to Gus’s World famous chicken! Communication very good. My suggestion to our host is, more coat hangers and a large full length mirror would be appreciated. Minor details but easy to fix. If ever we are back in Memphis this week be our home again. 3 senior travellers from Australia..

Everything about this property is perfect. Very spacious, comfortable beds and had everything we needed. This will definitely be the first place we will look to book when coming to Memphis.

The place was clean and comfortable! We were able to find parking with no issues and walk to Beale Street. It was perfect for our occasion.

Directly across the street from the Civil Rights Museum and easy walk to Beale St, or take the trolley! Corner apt was clean, spacious, bright, and beds comfortable. Host was always immediately responsive.

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. Within walking distance of FedEx Forum and Beale St. Parking is not reserved but I was able to find fairly close spots every time the w/e of my stay. The main cons come with being in a convenient/downtown location: safety and street noise. I felt safe in the apt but making my way back from the arena after dark did feel risky. Recommend not walking alone. Even tho it’s on the 3rd floor, traffic and people talking on the street below could be clearly heard clearly late into the night. Also one of the two bedrooms is still quite lit up at night even with blinds closed - shades or curtains would be a plus. But besides those caveats, the stay was good and I would recommend.

The location and close proximity to everything was the best part of the listing. A short walk to all vibrant eateries, sports activities, shopping, St. Patrick’s Day parade, Civil Rights Museum and other great attractions. Conveniently in the center of it all. Spacious with nice amenities, although silverware could use an upgrade.

Unit is located on 3rd floor of Museum Lofts. The building is secure and equipped with an elevator. It’s a rock’s throw from the Civil Right Museum. One of the cleanest and most comfortable properties I’ve stayed in. Lots of natural light in the main living area from the many windows of this corner apartment. I will plan my trips to Memphis around the availability of this place.

Condo is very nice with lots of windows to let in sun, clean and quiet. Elijah was a great host, responded quickly with ck-in and out instructions and parking questions. Easy to walk to Beale, local breweries and restaurants. Great Time!

The loft was beautiful and Host was very accommodating. Only concern was unsecured parking but everything worked out great.

Very nice, great location. Only issue was that the work-out room was locked and no management available to open. Also there were 3 of us and only 2 towels which were small like a towel you would use to dry your hair. Also, there is a coffee maker that uses K cups but no coffee provided , so bring your own coffee and towels. Otherwise we loved it and would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, modern downtown apartment. It was clean, comfortable, near Beale Street and just across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum. Will stay there again when in Memphis.

The only complaints are the amenities. We had four people and 3 chairs for the table. The kitchen ware was all plastic. But overall the place was adequate.

This loft was very nice. It was new, simply decorated, and had good appliances. The location was quiet. There was enough room for all four of us to comfortably have our own space and do our own thing without disturbing one another. The loft is centrally located to several attractions. We were right across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum, and we were within walking distance from The Arcade, Gus's Famous Fried Chicken, Central BBQ, the Main Street trolley line, and Beale Street. The only thing we didn't like about the loft was the air conditioner. It was so loud when it was on. We had to nearly max out the volume on the TVs to hear what was being said. Two minor things we missed were access to local TV stations and shower curtain liners. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

This is a beautiful property. I would definitely consider staying here again. There was a little confusion about obtaining the address, but it was all cleared up before I arrived in Memphis. The location was fine for me to walk down to and back from the Peabody and Beale Street. (BTW - I am a sixty-two year old white chick.) Really enjoyed my stay. Memphis is a great city. Also! The Civil Rights Museum, right across the street, was a wonderful added bonus!!

Beautiful loft located just across from the national civil rights Museum, and 10 to 15 minutes walking Distance to Beale Street. Loft was very clean and Elijah was very responsive in communicating with me.

This listing was much larger than I expected. We were impressed by the cleanliness and everything we needed was provided. The host was quick to respond to messages and checking in/out was easy and hassle-free. The property is located across from the Lorraine Hotel/Civil Rights Museum and is just about a 10 minute walk to Beale and other downtown activities. We felt relatively safe walking to and from the apartment. We would stay here again.

My partner and I had a wonderful time together. When I first entered the house I was in awe in how beautiful it was. Everything worked ! Nice clean bathrooms & decorated with Memphis style. I will definitely consider returning. Thank you :)
