We checked in for a quick one night stay. Room was very nice and spacious, and seemed clean. But then I saw it; a roach on one of the nightstands. We told the woman who checked us in, and she was very sweet and quite surprised since it's a newer hotel. She said it may have come in through under the door, since there's a nice sized gap. She immediately switched us to another room, also very nice and quite large! It was in a little alcove area, so we were happy, thinking we'd get a nice quiet night of sleep. Wrong! We kept hearing some kind of noise from right outside, like a tapping. Then at around 2a.m. we heard a CLACK CLACK CLACK CLACK that scared us half to death; turns out we were right next to the electrical room. And, the light outside is so bright, it looked like daylight in the room all night long; maybe install light blocking curtains?! So, no sleep for us, and we had a funeral to attend the next day, so needless to say, it wasn't a great trip.

It’s a pretty nice hotel, of course there are certain things that could be better like the noise level in the area, but that is really out of their control. Overall, I had a really good stay.

The property was horrible. The first day our water turned off. They don't have anywhere for you to eat breakfast. Its far from all our activities and the personnel at the front desk was very RUDE. We had to ask for tissue everyday and towels. I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE.

The hotel is located in a busy area; so, it was a little hard to get in and out. However, it was updated and clean. We didn’t notice airplane noise until about the time we were waking up. Suggest washcloths in the bathroom for convenience of use. Maybe a small stationary chair in the room and trash can near the sink area. These small touches would have made it more efficient to ready ourselves for the day. Thank you for a nice stay!

I stayed here on an unexpected overnight during air travel. The hotel was very well kept. Not much around the location, but convenient to Hobby airport.

My kids and I had a nice stay. I chose this hotel because it wasn’t far from the airport. We stayed one night prior to our cruise out of Galveston. The rooms were nice and well decorated. The only bad thing I noticed was the sheets on both beds had stains. Luckily I traveled with disposable sheets. But I think their housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to the cleaning of the sheets prior to making up the beds. The area around the hotel isn’t fancy but we were safe and had no issues. Nice quick breakfast offered in the lobby.

My stay was excellent 10/10. The room was amazing and comfortable, the front desk service even better. I want to specifically give a thanks to front desk employee Zhugeyly she went above and beyond to meet our needs and made the stay better.

Sure stay its self was very nice, front desk Lady in the AM was very nice and helpful, Gentleman over night should work on his customer service a tad bit. Overall stay for one night was decent rooms look just like the pictures. one thing to be aware of is there is a train across the road that you can hear clearly during the night as well as noisy neighbors.

The staff were very helpful however there is no gym , no pool , no breakfast seating area with VERY limited options.
The room we first got was still dirty with stained beddings. The staff quickly helped us to another room however you can still hear the neighbors auto tire center with the loud machines.
The property does have great security with incredible lightings around. However I felt unsafe In the neighborhood and the rooms were a very obvious DIY attempt at a remodel.

The property is very nice for the area it is located in. Also the showers are very unique with the see through glass to the bed area & the option to pull down a blind for privacy as well. I felt like the price we paid could have been lower in comparison to the price I seen listed on Expedia a few days after our stay. Other than that loved it! Would consider staying again & I recommended the stay to friends & family as well as sharing parts of my stay on social media. 9/10 stars!

Very clean and rather new place pretty decor. If I had to mention anything wrong I would advise to have door sweepers installed to prevent any insects that may crawl in the room plus it would avoid the car lights from shining into the room.

It was a great stay for me and my girlfriend but I gotta say there was one point when me and her felt unsafe because we had a faulty microwave and the desk person just put the faulty microwave into another room and the microwave sparked and almost caught fire

I was happy with my stay just not the location. The auto shop next door and train station across the street caused some disturbances. The noise started early. And the industrial smells were horrendous and hard to get out of my room without the constant use of an air freshener.
I also would have liked to have had dish soap and a sponge to clean the dishes with. Other than that the staff was polite and accommodating. The hotel was clean inside and outside. I also liked that they fixed my room problem before i even knew there was a problem. I would stay again despite the noise and smell issues.

Nice Property, TERRIBLE Location.
While the property itself was quite pleasant, I must emphasize the dreadful location. The motel boasted clean, well-maintained rooms and a friendly staff. Unfortunately, the proximity to an active railway line was a major issue. A deafening train horn at 2:14 am jolted me awake during my stay.
To compound matters, shortly after the train incident, a gunshot echoed from the adjacent parking lot. The combination of these unsettling events was deeply concerning.
Furthermore, the motel seemed to attract a lot of nighttime activity, far from the tranquil and secure experience I had anticipated.
For those seeking a peaceful and safe night's rest, I would hesitate to recommend this place due to the noise, 3am foot traffic, and disturbances.

Overall, this was a great stay. The room was clean and very nice. I would say they need to close the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. I feel like I could hear people from outside due to that. I would also add a darkening curtain to keep the sun out in the morning. With this being said, I would stay there again and recommend to others!
