The rooms looked lovely and spacious

The food In all inclusive was very poor. Had a leak in the room, this took a day and half to sort things out. The spa was very average, had a Turkish bath, massage and face scrub. not worth the money. The staff would try and con more money out of you, saying you need more treatment as you have problems with your muscle etc. please people don’t go to the hotel recommendation Side Harbour. take your cab and explore restaurants and bars and the the harbour.

Hotel room, grounds and pool were all very nice. Very clean and lots of space. Food not bad for buffet.

Spa manager was very pushy. Having paid for and received a very expensive treatment, my masseuse left me in a room and a little while later the spa manager came and told me I had circulation problems and needed three two hour massages over the next three days at the cost of 250 euro's each. After I questioned this, this became a 2 hour 200 euro massage that could be given there and then. He was quite pushy and aggressive when I questioned and scared me about potential medical problems he said I had. This would put me off using the spa here ago as it seems to be some kind of scam. I am surprised other customers have not complained.

I loved the staff the service was excellent but the manger the man is a bad man. He kicked me out of the hotel after a lung cancer operation.... i

Perfect quality, service, territory.

The size of the room is big. The interior design is nice. The hotel territory is beautiful. Breakfast is ok. The sun beds are comfortable. The personnel is very friendly and helpful.

You can hear the noise from the next room. At first we got very old bathrobes and bed linen. The food is not tasty and the same every day. There is an awful smell of sewerage in the whole hotel in the evening. The hamam is small and with sewerage smell. Overall the hotel is old and overpriced.

Bautiful resort with many facilities for children. Although it was a bit cold for swimming outdoors in early April but we all enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back again! Lovely staff and great service. Very good quality of food and an excellent variety.

Towels and pillows need to be renewed.

Very warm and housefeeling hotel. Everything close to European 5 star style hotel look and feel. Very good food and nice attentive staff.
