Our family spent a week here at this cottage. It was in a perfect location. The place was clean and well equipped. The manger was available and helpful. Extremely pleased with the experience. Plan on returning in the near future.

This was our last fall break for our senior. She wanted to return to the low key forgotten coast. We have done Cape San Blas, Port Sant Joe, St George but this was our first stay at Mexico Beach and it did not disappoint. Tina went above and beyond as our host. The place was as cute as pictured and Tina provided some extras (little snacks, coffee pods, laundry detergent- just little bonuses). Shawn at Mexico Beach outfitters set my husband up with bait and fishing spots and the owner of Killer Seasfood brought our dog water while we ate his Fantastic seafood. The beach was literally a block away, wide with plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood has a great beachy vibe and the pool is perfect for a night swim. We will be back Mexico Beach! ❤️

House was as described. Very close to the beach and restaurants. All modern amenities in house. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family getaway! Cottage is just as described. We loved our stay here. Felt like home. Very convenient to everything!! Brought our golf cart just to ride around. Beach was so close we walked instead of rode. Thank you Tina. We will be back!!

We have been to Mexico Beach plenty of times, but this location was very convenient to the beach, shopping and right in the middle of town. Very quiet cud-de-sac with a great swimming pool on site. Private living property with a large back deck and grilling also. We’ll be back to stay at Tina’s property(She was very attentive when needed) Thanks Tina 😎

I have found my new place to stay at Mexico Beach. Best location and felt right at home with very clean and beautiful decor to give you a beach ⛱ vibe. Tina the host went beyond to get me the dates I wanted , loved so much went right back and got the same cottage I asked for. Can't wait to go back. 🥰

This is an all time pick. Super clean, super comfy, super well appointed, and just a short walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. If you are looking for some R&R away from the crowds, look no further. Tina is the best host you could ask for, made our visit easy and was very responsive with the questions we had. You’ll love this cottage and you’ll love the location!

This property was very clean! Private little culdesac. Great for our dog. We stayed 3 nights., wishing we could have stayed longer. Within walking distance to the beach. The neighbors were friendly as well. Our host Tina was very helpful. Will definitely be coming back for a longer stay.
