We were in KC for a family reunion. There were five of us and this house was perfect. The host was a good communicator. She was quick to respond to my questions and was appreciative of my answers to her inquiries. The listing states that the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. We found this to be very accurate, it is in a peaceful neighborhood, and the neighbors do keep an eye on the house. We were delighted to discover that this rental was in an area that was central to everything we needed, shopping centers, groceries, the arboretum, and pickleball courts.

The house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of seats for everyone. The office set up was nice so I could work during the day while the kids were at the convention center.
The neighborhood is nice amd quiet. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.

The house is great, with plenty of room and activities for families. The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would absolutely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay in the area to attend our daughter's graduation from KU in Lawrence. We were a group of four adults and a 10-yr old and were hoping for a house with room for all of us to spread out but also to have a space to come together. This house was perfect for us. It was easy to get to the highway to get to Lawrence and also easy to get to places around the KC area in general. The entire home was very clean and our host did a great job of communicating with us. Access to the garage for our two vehicles and clear instructions for the home were appreciated. And the foosball table and table tennis in the basement were a big hit for all! Listing was very accurate. Thank you!

This home met or exceeded our expectations in so many ways! Comfortable, clean, ideal location in Overland Park residential community. So much room inside as well as outside. The pictures accurately portrayed this home. Our host was quick to answer questions and easy to contact. My family and I were pleased with all aspects of our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a relaxing pleasant home away from home.

The house was in a fantastic neighborhood with a nice fenced in backyard for our dog. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was always available for questions.

My family of 6 stayed here very comfortably with plenty of room and lots to do. Had a great time. Beautiful home, neighborhood and easy checkin. Kim was accommodating and welcoming and communicated better than any place else we have stayed. I hope to stay again in the future. Lots of amenities, stocked supplies, and goodies! Thank you!

We had a quick weekend stay in Kim's place. Beautiful home with plenty of room for our family of six in a nice, upscale neighborhood convenient to stores and restaurants. Kim was also very responsive. Great spot to stay!

A wonderful property in a beautiful neighborhood.
With bedrooms on two different floors and bathrooms on all three floors, there was plenty of room for 3 couples to spread out. The kitchen and dining area was large enough to accommodate cooking, eating and visiting. Check in was easy and the host responded to our questions quickly. We had a great time!!

This house was perfect for an unexpected funeral visit to KC. The house was perfect for our large family with plenty of space and nice amenities! Clean and well kept we enjoyed our time at this house. The owner was very helpful with our travel schedule and super kind!!! Lots of activities for our kids in house already. Nice beds plenty of supplies provided. Quiet and very nice neighborhood. Highly recommended this listing.

Four retired ladies got together for our annual trip. We did not cook but the kitchen was well furnished. The location was excellent. Much shopping and many restaurants within a couple of miles. We enjoyed the beauty of the home, quiet neighborhood, and the location. Highly recommend. The host was very responsive.

We had unexpected travel to KS and needed a last minute booking and this place was exactly what we needed, close to the hospital, and such a relaxing place to come back to after a very busy day. The house has so much space and the set up very nicely with everything that we needed. The host was quick to respond.

We had a wonderful visit. Nice to have a large house with indoor activities as we experienced rain on multiple days. Nice central location for visiting attractions in the area and the neighborhood was very quiet..

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Very nice house and such a comfortable bed. We felt completely at home and we so appreciated the owners accessibility and accommodations. Our pups loved the backyard and just perfect location for events at the OP Convention Center.

This home is nestled in the most beautiful neighborhood, perfect for strolls all day. Very quiet surroundings, but close to stores and restaurants. The house was perfect, so much room to spread out and enjoy all the amenities. Communication with the homeowner was very very easy and quick. We will definitely stay here again when back in Overland Park.
