It was exactly how I wanted it to be. My adult children and two of my grandkids. The house was amazing and perfect for us. The only (and one and only) negative thing is the plastic covers on the mattresses. Every time I turned over it made a scrunching noise. Other than that, it was beautiful and perfect.

Our family had our annual Beach Vacay and stayed at Hook Wine and Sinker. The host was amazing, and was available if needed. The house was clean and exactly as depicted in the photos online and was dog friendly. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed fishing off the dock and the neighbors were supportive when they caught a fish, clapping and whoo hooing. There's plenty of light to hang out on the dock at night, a bar area and a grill available to use. The house is located a short 3 minute drive to Beach access 18 where you can park your vehicle and pick a spot for the day. The beach is wide and even though it is prime season and a beautiful weekend, there was plenty of space. We drove about 30" to the Strand one night, and had a blast eating at Hearsay and having dessert at LaKings Confectionary. The house has everything you need. Just bring yourselves, your bathing suits and your food and drinks. I highly recommend this location! Don't hesitate.

Stayed 3 nights around the 4th of July. House was nice and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Owner communicated with me before our trip about the AC issue, and a window unit was put in the living room and helped a lot. We had plenty of room to spread out. Would stay here again.

A/c didn’t work. Sweating everyday. No kayaks. Large boat blocks the whole dock. No lights for fishing. Has luggage elevator but can’t access. Nice house but didn’t matter.

This house was so tastefully done. Even with a serious rain storm, we had no problems with flooding. Great appliances and layout. We loved it! We couldn’t get local channels on any of the new giant TVs— but we learned to enjoy shows we had never seen!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, quiet neighborhood.
