Great location close to old downtown and places to eat. Clean room and the space was exactly what was needed. Very good communication from staff about how to get into the room and when it was available.

Great communication about entry and availability of the room. Very clean and just the right amount of space needed. Friendly staff allowed us to leave luggage with them for a little while before we left to the airport later in the day.

Super clean room with great air conditioning. The location is very charming and quiet with easy access to the center.

The upstairs neighbor was very loud, stomping around until 2AM and again beginning at 6AM. Did not get a good night's sleep. Host was helpful when we texted in the morning.

Very nice, clean little room. Great location. Check-in was smooth. Only issue was loud noise from floor above the entire night but I think those rooms were under different ownership so not Fetivi’s fault.

Stayed here for our last night in Croatia. We had 3 rooms booked. All rooms were lovely and spacious and bathroom was clean with a nice powerful shower. 5 minute walk away from the Harbour. Host had great descriptive communication with us. Would recommend and stay again when we go next.

The room was large and spacious and our balcony was very nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful and our check in process was quick and easy. The shower was also great and the room was spotless. The location was nice and quiet and was only a 5 minute walk to the Diocletian’s Palace. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Property is quite small, but adequate.... like a hotel room. It was very quiet at night. Host was very accommodating and arranged earlier check in for us. There was building work across the road and although this did not cause a problem for us, we did not use the balcony. Quick and easy access into old town by foot. Bit worried at first about surrounding area, as looked a little run down; however, this was not really an issue in the end, felt safe walking around, although we were not out late at night. Couple more coat hangers would be useful and just a few tea bags, coffee and sugar sachets would also have been nice. Overall, very happy with our stay though and would recommend. 🙂

Had a brilliant stay. The room is very large and modern, with large and comfortable bed and spacious and powerful shower. The property is less than 10 minute walk to the waterfront and center of the old town and was a perfect base for exploring Split. Dino’s communication was fantastic, and the self check-in was simple and excellently explained. Dino and the team were communicative to requests (I had asked for an iron in advance which was left in the room for my arrival). Highly recommend

The location is central to the sights. The host, Dino, was so helpful both before and during the trip. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious, very clean, had a kettle and mini fridge in the room. The only downside was that we never slept as the pillows are awful. There is no choice of different ones but they provided no support at all. Mattress was great. No coffee or milk sachets on the hospitality tray which was a real shame as we cook but and up to a coffee. There was only 2 tea bags for our 4 day stay and it was green tea. No iron either but there was a safe.

What a beautiful place, the rooms were super clean and beautiful!! We were able to check in earlier which was amazing and the location was excellent only a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre!! Highly recommend!!

The room was spacious and updated. The location was very convenient to the port area, restaurants, nightlife, and palace. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. On the second floor, walk up. I would stay here again.

This is a small property nestled in with other small places to stay and residences. It can be difficult to find. Google maps brought us to the back of the property and our cab driver could only figure out the location within 100 meters. The host ended up finding us at a nearby landmark and escorting us to the room. The room and small lobby area were spotless. The bed was comfortable. The room is a bit small, but served our needs well and was well worth the price. The location is very convenient to the local sights and less than 5 minutes walk to the harbor.

Great place to stay and was perfectly located. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.

It’s very clean and new property. But there it’s no Luxury. All furniture and bathroom it’s low budget Including bed and bedding. It’s ok for short stay. Bu it’s definitely not a luxury rooms It’s just basic and low budget rooms. There it’s not coffee and any water there.

Good location. Walking distance to Dioclician palace, market, bus station, and waterfront. Clean room, quiet A/C.

The building didn’t have elevator so we had to drag all our luggages through the stairs (about 40).

Great location, few minutes walk to the palace & room was immaculate. Would def recommend for city sight seeing
