Loud dance music from a nearby club until 01:00 in the morning.

The hotel location was great and had a car parking nearby... Room was neat and clean
They gave me a room ( 302 ) which was on the roof of the building and the heating in the room was not working... The temperature outside was -5 degrees and I was freezing. I called the reception many times to inform them to adjust the heating and NO ONE PICKED THE PHONE. Also this particular room being on the roof, has sloped side ceiling... so at the toilet the slop was a problem in the shower and the WC.... because you could not stand due to the slop... I am 6 feet tall and they should have given me a room which didn't have this issue... In the morning after I paid the bill... When I complained to the owner of the hotel as he was there in the reception... he said that the temperature in the room is fine and I was telling a lie !!! I was a bit unhappy about how they dealt with an issue like this and also to a client who has already paid the bill... to be rude was NOT required. But then I was Booking.com client. Looks like they just lost me as a client for ever...

The staff was very helpful, hospitable and friendy. The location is great as you can go for a walk directly in the city center.
There is a nice bar with a look at the pedestrian zone.
The kitchen was closed in the evening.
There were some issues with closing the door of my room.

Run down property. Bad food. Low level of customer service. Meagre breakfast. Was charged for coffee for breakfast.

Receptionist was very uninformed about EU GDPR regulations. They copied our ID without our permission.

Location is good.
The room was was not clean, too many spiders and cobwebs in the room.... Horrible. The lighting in the corridor on the third floor was out of function, I had to use my mobile flashlight to find and enter the room (302).

We were treated like we were the only guests there. Warm milk, let me heat that for you? Heavy bags, can we help? Does the child need (whatever extra for sleeping, breakfast, whatever...)
There's nothing i didn't like. Our stay was above and beyond my expectations for such a town with, let's be honest, less than a developed leisure accomodation offer.
