Very clean and everything there you could possibly need. Bed comfortable, good quality and well equipped kitchen. A credit to its owner Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

What an absolutely lovely chalet! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our weekend away - taking our son to the beach for the first time. We had everything we could have wanted and more! Although we didn’t meet the hosts in person, they were brilliant! Answered every query I had & communicated in regards to how to access/directions to the chalet. Just wish we could have stayed longer 🥺

Chalet was lovely, clean and tidy and had everything you'd need for a self catering holiday. We just had an overnight stay , beds were very comfy and we will definitely be returning in the future !

Sean was an extremely hospitable host. Although we didn't actually meet in person, his meticulous instructions and communication, as well as extras thrown in, ensured we had a perfect and trouble free stay. Chalet is spotless, and decorated to a high standard, with everything you may need for a holiday. Beds were comfortable, the shower was very good, and the smart TV ensured kids were entertained in the evenings. The site itself is very well kept, the on-site clubhouse is reasonably priced, with a good selection of quality food being served throughout the day, and there was entertainment, on all but one night, during our stay. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. We have had a lovely holiday from start to finish. I would certainly recommend S and S Chalets as hosts, and Mablethorpe Chalet park as a venue.

Everything was perfect.

Location was perfect. A 5 min walk to the beach and a 20 min walk into town. The accommodation was equipped with everything you need for a stay and more… Hairdryer, iron, fans, extension lead, bathroom and kitchen supplies. Modern and decorated beautifully. There is a lovely patio with chairs and table to relax on.

The property had recently undergone a complete refurbishment, very clean with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Pet friendly.

All of it was perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and took time to relax and take in all Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea had to offer. The location was great and the chalet very very clean. We definitely recommend it. The chalet is very well located at the North side of Mablethorpe with a short walk to the dog friendly beach and within easy walking distance to the amusements, shops and restaurants. It was beautifully decorated and clean and we found the he host very helpful and kind - great communication. The chalet is very dog friendly with lots of doggy extras, with everything you need for us humans to have a cosy and comfortable stay. The chalet park is very friendly with a bar/restaurant onsite. The park is clean and pleasant. There is a new tesco superstore a short drive away as well as lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. We will definitely return, very highly recommended.

We was pleasantly suprised we have stayed in a chalet before so was a bit unsure. This chalet was brilliant it had everything you needed. It was clean and spacious we had out grandson and there was plenty of room for him to play. There was storage for clothes and the shower was fab. It also smelt nice. Communication was great let us know we could go in early because it was ready which to me was going above expectations. Its in the middle so location is good also can walk to seal sanctuary and into the centre. Chesters was also good the bar onsite had games for kids and playground. Wish we coukd have stayed longer

The location, cleanliness, facilities, and communication with the owner were amazing.

There was nothing you could not like as it’s a fantastic place/ chalet and it has everything available you need

Really lovely decoration, very clean and very comfortable, really love this chalet. Nice location, not too far from beach, shops not too far down the road, really loved staying here. Good communication from owner. Would highly recommend.

All was great!

The property has been renovated to a high standard. Very clean and many items that you would not find in many properties like coffee pods and extra toothbrushes etc if you should need them. The host was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Brilliant that the property is also dog friendly.

Bedding was not included but we were happy to take our own.

Lovely beautifully decorated modern and clean chalet with everything you need for a short break! Very impressed with all the extras provided ie coffee maker, spare toothbrushes etc and the owners were a delight to deal with, will definitely book again.

Helpful, friendly host. Property was clean, little extras such as coffees, condiments and even toothbrushes if you've forgotten yours. 5 minute drive to the beach. Comfy beds.
