Room was large. Staff were friendly and pleasant Views over the city with sunset view. Breakfast was good.

Blinds in our room were dirty and past their best. Single glazing made the room noisy due to the traffic. Location after dark did not feel safe.

Dufferent part of town to Candelaria so different things to see

if you want to sleep, avoid because there is soo much noise outside and at almost all times of the day. rooms face the sun and get very hot. bed and pillows uncomfortable.

I liked it. The hotel was rather inexpensive, so I was a bit concerned when I booked it, but there was nothing really wrong with it. Breakfast was fine. room service was good. The area around it looks a bit run down (on one side of it), but it was not dangerous, IMO.

The stuff was nice. The price was quite low. I liked my room. And location was close to where I wanted to be, so I am not really complaining...

The hotel seems to mostly cater to locals (nobody could really speak English). The breakfast was pretty basic. They only gave me one towel (+ hand towel) per day.

The breakfast was very good and the bathroom very clean.

It was extremely loud because of the busy street in front of the hotel (unfortunately the whole night long, so I woke up a lot of times though I had earplugs) and one of the windows couldn’t close properly. One of the knobs in the shower were broken (the one for the cold water), so we couldn‘t regulate the temperature and only shower very hot.

Nice big rooms with an impressive view of the city. Good value for money. Breakfast was decent and the facilities in the room were all as expected. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The immediate area isnt very salubrious although it is convenient for the centre and the tourist areas. I probably wouldn't wander around after dark.

Windows didn't shut. Noise from cars during the night was ridiculous at times. Mostly that it seemed to be a sex hotel. Told that if we have a child in the room it must be our own. We mustn't leave animals alone in the room. Condoms to buy in the room. And a couple who came in to check in with no luggage at all. The area was horrible and allegedly dangerous according to the taxi driver who dropped us off from the airport. Not sure booking .com should be trusted on this one

Well organised and competent staff, especially Andrea the breakfast lady. Large room with open views. A good buffet breakfast. Walking distance to Carrera 7 and Plaza de Bolivar etc.

The area is not the best.

Room is big compare to other hotel in the area. Most of Staff was friendly.

Location is really bad. Very dangerous at night. Hotel door is locked 24/7. They lock hotel during daytime. Make you wonder about hotel security. Only.one outlet in the room. My phone need to be plug in the bathroom. Very limited breakfast choice. Very limited light so room is very dark.
