Très confortable, propre et hôte très agréable et aidant. Situé dans un quartier très calme et sécurisé.
Un peu loin à pied du centre (20mn) et il faisait froid le premier jour mais à ma demande Sean a gentiment mis le chauffage.

Oakland is a proper 'home from home', particularly with the kitchen facilities which allow you to cook your own meals.

Immaculately clean, comfortable, attractive room with separate bathroom (shared with next bedroom) and convenient kitchen. Like staying in someone's very well kept house. Location within walking distance of town centre, quiet cul-de-sac. Owner helpful and friendly. Would stay again. Great value.

Everything was on one floor. It was clean and the owner had provided more than I expected. Milk, tea, coffee and some breakfast food was supplied as well as some toiletries. It had a bath and separate shower. A lovely kitchen and Sean the host was friendly but discreetly behind the scene in his own part of the accommodation. The Television was large and had everything I needed.
It was located in a very quiet cul de sac.

I just needed to pop over to Kettering for family reasons and a lot of the accommodation available seemed VERY expensive so this was a welcome surprise. Clean and friendly and access to kitchen facilities. It's within walking distance of a pub and restaurant too.
If it was my place, I'd put some sound dampeners on the doors.

It was great value and close to Santa Pod where I was attending a race meeting Saturday and Sunday. The room, bathroom and kitchen were all clean. I used the kitchen fridge to store my milk overnight but I could have used milk that was already there. The host was friendly and helpful.

The house was warm but I would have liked the radiators on in the bedroom and bathroom.

Could not have found a better place than this . The host was very understanding and considerate. Always willing to help us in case we had any issues . The kitchen was fully stocked and additional breakfast items. The room,kitchen and bathroom was gorgeous and clean . The bed was incredibly comfy . Could not recommend it enough . Can’t wait to be back !

The Landlord is very friendly. Even provided a few breakfast stuff and drinks. Very quite surrounding i could literally walk to the venue I come for. There is even Netflix on the TV!
