Very uncomfortable bed , it was very noisy until 1 pm and I couldn’t sleep well

Good price, good location - close to the center, free parking, very nice host, very comfortable and we feel like home. Thank you for everything.

The only thing is that when someone from other rooms is taking a bath the noise is very very loud.

Helpful and friendly host, they helped us with an upgrade of our room last minute. Very clean and comfortable. We will return for sure.

We booked a room with a balcony and a mountain view. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception. The owner was somewhere stuck in traffic. We were told to pick up a key from the front desk. When we arrived in the room, we realized there was no balcony and no mountain view. When we called the owner , he told us with nonchalance that there was nothing else available and that we should have called him before to ask. I told him that this is not how the booking.com portal works. We told him we didn’t want to stay which we did.We never used the room. But he charged us the full amount. What arrogance and sheer lack of customer care. Very rude and sarcastic owner. See pictures about the room with “balcony and mountain view “

It was ok for 1 night.

The bathroom and towels smelled like mold.

No soundproofing.
