Friendly host, nice view and lush breakfast.
Shanice wasn’t expecting us due to a glitch with Bookings.com, but she cracked on and got the room ready for us whilst we headed into town for a wander.
The bed was uncomfortable as could feel the springs. Maybe that’s due to me being 15 stone but this is my only criticism!

Shanice was so helpful and communicated with us before we reached the property and throughout our stay.
The property is immaculate and very modern for a B&B. Extremely comfortable, lovely sea views and Shanice is the perfect host.
It’s in a really good location, short walk to the beach and lots of other facilities including pubs and restaurants.

Lovely clean room with fabulous view. Excellent communication before our arrival and nothing was too much trouble. 10 minute walk into main part of New Quay.

All lovely, Shanice was a fantastic and helpful host who made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend her to friends.
Everything was lovely but if I’m being picky the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and a shelf in the shower would have been useful. Being picky though!

The attention to detail and service were excellent. Great view. Great effort to avoid single use plastic packaging- soap, tea, coffee in the room, jam, butter etc at breakfast. And unique and lovely styling throughout. High service levels.

The facility is located in a beautiful climatic place overlooking the sea ❤️. We were wonderfully received ❣️staff lovely 😊 The owner is a wonderful person who assured us that we will remember our rest for a very long time 🤗 she is very helpful nothing is impossible 😊 the food is very tasty, we rested 100% recommend!!!!”

it was beautifully decorated and the level of the bathroom equipment was perfect. The Host was very friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to make sure that we had the perfect stay and that is highly appreciated.
The sea view from our window was stunning.
The breakfast experience also, nothing was too much trouble.
As for location being about 15 minutes walk from the sea front it was an ideal mix of peace and convenient.
