Would have received overall excellent rating if the TV was more user friendly. ROKU was not intuitive to receive on air live programming. Kept saying loss signal?

A great 2-level space with the bedrooms conveniently all on the lower level together with TV corner - easy to drop off your luggage once you've gone in via the upper level. There are sliding doors on the lower level onto an internal patio space. The upstairs space is great for entertaining bigger groups with a well equipped kitchen, dining table to seat 8 and a few soft seating areas and more sliding doors onto the patio with views over the sea. The upstairs neighbors were amazing and very welcoming as well. You get a well sized parking space which is a bit tricky to find - you actually access the space via a narrow access road on Bradford St - you'd need to turn in at 283 Bradford. Overall, great property and communications from the Del Mar team on access, services, support and departure instructions were all spot on!

Great place for hosting a small group. Well-provisioned with all essentials. Unique layout but very functional. Highly recommend.

Providence is a happening town. Lots of people always on the move. A short walk across the street to the beach, where we got to watch fireworks through a private access location. Commercial street is full of food and shops. The house itself was clean and perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The dunes hike was less than a mile and a half away. We were able to take day trips to Chatham, Falmouth, and Hyannis.

Overall this was a great place for me and my group. The only issue was finding the parking lot. The address provided was incorrect, which created a confusing and stressful hour or so. Reading the reviews and it appears this has happened before. I hope this is corrected. The location of the house was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean, decorated beautifully with nice linens and good mattresses and furniture . The only issue was finding the parking lot in the rear of the house . I highly recommend this property for a stay in Provincetown

The address for the parking space was incorrect, which created for a confused and stressful hour or so. We figured it out and were given a small courtesy in recompense, so all is well. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
