The place was absolutely great! It was clean and very cozy. It had all necessary amenities for our stay. The location is super close to the beach and has a lot of restaurants nearby. We recommend this rbnb for a family vacation!

We had a great time staying at this property. Unit was clean, well stocked and the bed was very comfortable! Location was perfect for walks, in close proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping and a quick drive to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

It’s a great property in a great location!

Great setup allowed both my wife and I to work remotely (in separate rooms) during the day. Convenient location let us meet up with friends very easily. Easy walk to the beach or over to paddleboard rentals to cruise around the marina. Checkin was a breeze and don't underestimate the access to a nice assigned parking spot in the underground space. No hunting for street parking or dealing with hotel access to your car as you come/go.

The following is our opinion and represents our (bad) experience with this townhouse: It was dirty when we arrived. The furniture was covered with dog hairs. A plastic bag filled with dirty linens was left in the bedroom; paper thin towels were left on the floor in an old plastic bag with holes; the bath/shower was filthy and had mold; and the floors were so dirty that we chose not to walk without shoes on. The advertised “terrace” is a tiny concrete area overlooking noisy air conditioners on the roof of an adjacent building. Incredibly, the bed did not have a fitted sheet to sleep on. It had a stained mattress pad. We notified the owner, stayed just one night and left the next morning, cutting our planned stay there by 4 days. The owner’s only response was to offer to have it cleaned the following day but refused to refund a single penny of our first night’s (filthy) stay. We ended up having to pay an exorbitant amount for just one night’s (awful) stay because the owner charged us an additional amoint in “cleaning” fees which VRBO advised us the owner need not have charged us for the dirty circumstances of our stay there. The owner refused to refund any of those additional charges when we requested. In our opinion, you should definitely seek other VRBO properties and avoid any other VRBO properties owned or managed at the Esprit or elsewhere by this particular owner.

We saw sea lions on the docks and enjoyed walking to the beach about a mile away. Our host was very responsive and ensured we had beach towels.

Liz was amazing. She had roses everywhere. Chocolate cupcakes, a nice bottle of champagne, and chocolate dip strawberries for a very reasonable add on. I have stayed at many VRBO and this is top notch. I highly recommend.
