We had the best time staying at your beautiful condo! Everything was perfect! Every detail to the check in process to the amenities were top-notch!! It has beautiful views and we enjoyed having our coffee each morning while sitting on the sofa by the large glass window. It's super close to the beach, shopping and stores. We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was really clean and well decorated and the bedding was extremely comfortable. The location was very relaxing with a nice view of the golf course and a small lake. We will book again soon!!

If you’re considering places in Ponte Vedra and this world-record beautiful, comfortable, perfectly-located home is available, GRAB IT! Right now!! First of all, the host, Amela, is not only amazingly AVAILABLE via text or phone; she’s also incredibly intuitive. You won’t be asking too many questions, because she has thought of everything on earth you’d want to know. And the info comes JUST when you need it. (Ex: upon booking, you don’t really need to know - yet - where the push button for the filtered water from the fridge is located… but when you’ve arrived, Amela will send a text with little particulars like that, right about the time you’re dropping your bags.) She’s by far the most attentive and thoughtful VRBO host I’ve ever had. The condo is exquisite and yet inviting. You can flop on one couch and watch the blue heron who stays near the computer room’s picture window or the sliding glass doors to the patio. Flop on the other couch and grab the remote. You can sign in to any of the apps and enter your check-out date; no worries about signing back out. SO many pillows of various sizes and firmness are on those couches! In my case, I needed to elevate a leg, thanks to knee surgery, and it was very easy to get myself situated while still leaving several pillows for my friend to use. The kitchen is STOCKED! Snacks on the counter, olive oils and lots of spices in the pantry, zip lock bags, foil, all of that, plus jars of marinara! We didn’t need

Staying in Sawgrass County Club alone, was a great with incredible scenery, beautiful lush landscaping, golf course and abundant wildlife. This beautiful condo was modernized with the quality amenities, well stocked kitchen , luxurious linens and even extras like laundry detergent, and fabulous stocked coffee bar. The few issues we had during our 17 day stay, we’re quickly addressed by Amela. She promptly responded and made herself accessible to us at all times. It’s a short drive to Mayo Clinic which brought us yo the area. I would highly recommend.

This condo is exactly as pictured and described on VRBO. The host has added so many extras to make the condo immediately feel like home. Its location is excellent, and it is close to many JAX restaurants and other destinations. Communication with the host could not have been smoother or quicker. If we return to JAX, we will definitely check to see if this property is available.

From start to finish our stay was perfect . The coffee bar was unrivaled . Just amazing Pool across the street so convenient and the golf course views and lagoon great. Loved having lunch and cocktails outside and enjoying seeing the golfers putt out and tee off at next hole. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants Well decorated . And my husband thought it was the most comfortable sleep he’s had at a VRBO. Amelia was always available to help if we had questions. We were there to help my brother recoup from knee replacement surgery. You won’t go wrong choosing this VRBO / we certainly will book again

This is a very nice condominium. The owner goes to great lengths to make this feel like a home, and not just another rental property. It is clean, fresh and well maintained, and the host is extremely responsive to any questions or requests. I would definitely stay again, and in fact have already booked a return.

We generally have very high expectations at the places we stay at during our travel and were skeptical of renting a VRBO. This place more than exceeded our expectations. The unit was immaculately clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. Communication with Amela was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Could not have asked for a better host or place to spend a few days.

We were looking for a few days to get a way and relax. This was the place. The decor was perfect and cleanliness amazing. It was the most relaxing and peaceful time. The host was super attentive. I would give this unit a 5++.

This lovely , well appointed two bedroom condo was exactly as advertised. Recently updated and decorated superbly . Locate within the sawgrass cc community adjacent to lagoon and across the lagoon a tee on the 6 th hole. Special bonus of seeing local birds close up and some very interesting golf swings. Close to necessary amenities . Very responsive property manager. An easy recommendation
