The pictures were a true depiction of the lodge. It was very clean and a quiet area to spend quality time with friends. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We enjoy hiking and spending time with family. This house was perfect for both. Hocking Hills State Park is a great hiking spot and this house was convenient for going there. The house is spacious, clean and well appointed. Most of all we felt comfortable there. It felt like home as we enjoyed family time.

Clean, attractive, comfortable beds, large dining table which seated us all for meals and games, PLUS the pool table and hot tub were popular, as was the fire pit.
So glad we found Sunrise Lodge!

A little outdated and the downstairs basement can use furniture for group gathering. More tvs as well. But overall nice place and location

This is a great house to visit if you want to enjoy Hocking Hills State Park. The house was clean and met all of our needs. We had 2 married couples and and 3 kids, so the 4 bedrooms was perfect. We all enjoyed the hot tub (holds 4 adults comfortably). When you turn onto Phelps road there is basically a junk yard with trailers, cars, and quite a bit of junk everywhere. It was a little scary at night and we questioned if we were headed the right way! This house is a good distance from it, so don’t let it defer you from renting this house, but wanted to advise. We arrived at dark and the property is very dark, so make sure you have some lights as you check in. Overall, we would stay again! Thank you!

We spent the weekend with friends celebrating my husbands birthday. It was a great weekend. The cabin was clean and easy to find. Communication with the company was fast and easy as well.

A very clean and organized cabin. Everything they said that would be there was there. No issues on our part at all, would come back again anytime

The property was beautiful. The home was accommodating for two families. Large open space, 2.5 bathrooms, and entertainment in the basement. The house had a hottub which was much appreciated after long hikes. We had one communication with property manager that went smooth. Not far from convience stores, restaurants, shopping and most importantly hiking. The power went out the first night of our stay in the early morning hours but was back on by the time everyone woke up. It was raining and windy so we imagine weather impacted it. Heed their warning and bring a flashlight because it is dark!

We enjoyed our stay at the sunrise lodge. We had a pretty large group and it never felt crowded. The lodge is even bigger than it looks in the pictures and was very accommodating to young children and toddlers. The only knock was that we found 6-7 yellow jackets flying around inside when we checked in. After we got rid of them, we did not see any return.
