We did a lot of cooking and grilling and loved both the kitchen inside and outdoors. The pool was perfect as well as the play place area. We were also surprised to find a volleyball net. The location was perfect and the management staff was very helpful and answered all questions professionally and in a timely manner. We will definitely be booking again!

I did not see any information about bringing things like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap or trash bags so if you're booking, I would make sure to bring those with but overall it was great!

In addition to needing a good environment inside the house, our trip required working in the yard area outside the house. We had a successful working trip despite the fact that the yard outside the house had not been properly landscaped, which meant we had to navigate muddy and rocky conditions. Inside was great, except that the master bath shower had low pressure. Also, sleeps 26 means 13 proper beds with 2 people per bed. I gave all 4s because of the above issues, otherwise it would have been all 5s. Communication with Sarah was great but those working with her sometimes didn’t follow through.

The location is superb. The pool was great. Being a new home, there were a couple of improvement suggestions - 1) a garbage disposal in kitchen sink. 2) the hot water temperature needs turned up slightly. All faucets got hot water but they need more. 3) need kitchen cabinet and drawer pulls/handles. 4) outside bathroom by pool needs a towel rack with hand towel. 5). Kitchen supplied with more hand towels. These are all easily adjusted/improved and the house was fantastic! We would most definitely stay here again.

It has plenty of space and amenities to keep everyone engaged. Frio Premier is the best company to book with. Hands down.
