The property at Kihei Akahi #C310 was an excellent choice just minutes from beach! Also the owner/host was very responsive and even provided is mobile for emergencies and encourage us to reach-out for anything! Fortunately everything was perfect with the place.

Aloha! This is a very nice property in an excellent location in Kihei. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is a wonderful cross-breeze that keeps the condo very pleasant and with two split a/c units, it is easy to drop the internal temp, if desired. The condo and the overall grounds are very well maintained. The owner of the condo (Chris) was very welcoming and responsive. We are glad we chose C-310 as home base for our vacation to Maui.

Our first time to Maui and we couldn’t have been happier. The condo was perfectly suited for our autistic son. Perfect location and just feet from the beach and local eateries. We will definitely stay here again. You won’t be disappointed. Oh, and the host is phenomenal. Such a friendly guy and he really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

My friend and I had a great time at Kihei Akahi. It was wonderful to be right across from a nice beach that wasn't too crowded and to have a lot of food options nearby. No issues with outside noises and place is remodeled well.

A friend and I took a last minute trip to Maui and found an amazing deal on this great condo. The condo really had everything listed and more! Chris was great to work with, offering many suggestions of food, places to take walks to see sea turtles and several other things. Great location to walk too many beaches and restaurants (Fred's is great!). The view from the condo is nice and the grounds were well maintained. The condo was clean and we'll maintained with comfortable beds and plenty of linens/towels. I will definitely stay here again when going to Maui!

We love Kihei but was the first time staying at Kihei Akahi. The condo was as advertised. We love the location across the street from Kam 2. We had fun snorkeling (we always love seeing turtles!), boogie boarding and watching the whales and sunsets from the beach. We love being able to walk to stores and restaurants. We hope to be back soon.

The condo was perfect, located within walking distance to everything in town, food, beaches.
We equipped with chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, and information about the area. I would recommend this place for everyone.

The check in process was easy and owner and front office were very friendly. The location was perfect, right across the street from sunset beach and able to walk to shops and several restaurants. Condo was clean and lovely.

The condo is in a nice, convenient location just across the street from a nice beach and within walking distance to several good restaurants and shops. It’s clean and well equipped for days at the beach or staying in and cooking your own meals. It’s been nicely updated and Chris was great to communicate check in and quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

This Condo was absolutely everything my husband and I were looking for. The check in process was seamless and parking was convenient.
Chris was AMAZING!! From our very first communication and follow up texts, he was quick with responding and full of island information.
The condo itself was very clean, very well stocked (well stocked kitchen and beach gear) and very comfortable. The split a/c unit was an added bonus.
We cannot wait to return to Maui and we will definitely return to this condo.

This Remodeled condo was perfect for the two of us. It is located right across the street from Kam II beach and some great shops and restaurants are nearby. Bed was very comfortable, having 2AC units was amazing, and the majority of what we needed was provided in the condo. Chris was great to work with and was very informative. We would Definitely recommended this condo on Maui.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and recently renovated with everything you need. The complex was also clean, quiet, and right across the street from the lovely Kamaole II beach and very close to restaurants, etc. The host/owner Chris, was communicative and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We'd stay here again in a flash.

We are two adults and had a wonderful time in Kihei for five nights - we'd definitely and rebook this unit! Beach access to Kam II is directly across the street. This unit is adjacent to the elevator which helped for me having limited mobility. Both the owner and the cleaners (who we met briefly upon checking in) were friendly and communicative. Having A/C available in both the living room and bedroom was great. Comfy bed and pillows: we slept well and the interior is thoughtfully furnished with plenty of storage space, well-equipped kitchen, and outlets/power cords for charging all your things. Thanks Chris & Trisha for a great stay!

We loved staying at this place. It has everything you need, including beach chairs, a sun umbrella, beach towels, wakeboards etc. It's only a few minutes walk to one of the fantastic beaches in Maui. Many restaurants are nearby as well. We will stay at this place again when we return to Maui.

This condo made for a great vacation. Clean and comfortable, including the sleeper sofa. Had everything we needed and wanted. Quiet beautiful grounds. Loved the area with great beaches and small shops and food places. Owner so nice and communicative. Can't wait to visit again.

Everything I could hope for in a Kihei rental. Quiet location close to the beach and great shopping opportunities. Condo is immaculate with very recent upgrades. Plan on scheduling another time this year.

The experience surpassed our expectations, and we were truly amazed by how wonderful the room was. Not only was it impeccably clean, but the kitchen was also well-equipped and made cooking an enjoyable experience. We had a great time preparing meals and savoring them in the comfort of the condominium.

My son, his wife, and two of his children stayed in Chris and Trish’s condo close to ours so we can get together as a family. The condo is modern, well, equipped, and it was very clean. Thank you to the owners for their quick responses and help with questions.

This place was exactly as it was described and came with everything you could think of for a beach day in Maui, which works out well since it was right across the street from multiple beaches. The owners were super accommodating and the communication was spot on. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was a perfect getaway for myself and my husband. Location is ideal right across the street from the beach walking distance to shops and restaurants. Communication was amamzing condo is absolutely beautiful with views of the ocean where we spent most mornings whale watching! Would recommend and would definitely stay again . Thank you David !
