We enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully renovated with original wood floors and trim. The neighborhood is close to the grocery store and pharmacy which was very convenient. We were able to relax and get good rest. Jessica reached out to us a couple of times during our stay, which was very kind!

This was a great place to stay over the holidays. Very comfortable, clean and a good location. Owner was readily available and responsive. I'd recommend staying here for 2-6 people.

We had a great stay at this home. My daughter had major surgery and this place was in a great neighborhood close to St Mary’s hospital and Mayo Clinic. The owners are Very accommodating. We would definitely stay again if we have more hospital stays in the near future

Owners were very accommodating and made us feel right at home with the cleanliness of the property, great communication, and we were glad to be close to the Rochester Downtown amenities.

We met our son and granddaughter in Rochester for a weekend visit in this lovely old home. It was equipped with numerous games that allowed three generations to re-bond in fun activities. Beds were comfy, and the kitchen and baths were stocked with many necessities and extras. The owners even left pictures of the home's recent renovation, which gave us an appreciation of the refreshed upgrades that also maintained the house's original personality. My granddaughter left talking about plans for the next time we come to visit at the house. :-)

i got this place for family going to mayo i was not there

This was a very attractive and well kept house to stay at. I believe it had on of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. It's close to numerous activities and sights in Rochester and has plenty of places to eat nearby. There are also plenty of games and activities to keep you occupied at this house if you'd wish. I recommend this house to anyone thinking of staying in Rochester.

Property was super clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was more then helpful and she was gracious.

The pictures online don’t really show the true picture or maybe my memory doesn’t serve me correctly. We expected a nicer place. Was not the cleanest, the bathroom fan really needs attention. Floors were gritty and the furnishings and decor were just adequate. No paper towels, napkins, etc. Maybe we were just expecting too much for our $$$.

The house is very nice and comfortable, perfect for the 3 of us who were in Rochester for a scheduled surgery. The location 4 blocks from St. Mary's Hospital is ideal. Walking-distance access to a park and river trail are a bonus, as is quick access to shopping. I highly recommend staying here.

Great experience with Jessica as she took extra special effort to make sure we were warm and cozy in bone chilling temperatures before and after heart surgery. Location was perfect to St. Marys. House was very clean, comfy, and livable for a few days of rehab before traveling. Would love to visit the area when I am healthy in the summer months and this would be the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

Nice olace

Great house, great location, fun things to do, close to Mayo, breweries and good restaurants within walking distance, busy street but with windows closed you don’t hear any noise, large table with plenty of chairs for games. I would recommend some new towels but other than that the house had everything we needed! Plenty of room too!

This was a lovely home with all the amenities included.

The space was perfect for our weekend conference. It met our needs perfectly.

We quickly dropped in while my mom had her first appointment at Mayo. The house was a great location and only a few minutes to Mayo!

Needs a deep cleaning, but overall things were very nice, roomy and comfortable.

Went to RST for my husband’s surgery at St Mary’s Hospital. The house is 4 blocks from the hospital making it quite easy to go in and out. The home has 3 bedrooms, with open spaces, simple yet spacious and frankly peaceful. Heating was good (it was snowing and cold outside). This is not a place I came to vacation to but to be a caregiver and just being able take a break in the middle of the day, walk to the house and go back without having to use a car much was a blessing. Jessica the owner was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend it.

My family and I stayed for one night . Enjoyed the open floor plan and game room some things to know prior ( you have to use your own login for any streaming on roku) they do provide many dvds which my children did enjoy. The pool table downstairs was very fun for the kids but they do not provide any chalk for the sticks the table itself was very uneven . We had to constantly reset the game due to the balls rolling all in the same direction. Also the pockets all have very large holes in them causing balls to fly out and hit the ground or anyone's feet nearby. The Foose ball table was amazing!! Perfect for hours of fun . All the extras were very fun for my little ones like games and the piano. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Rochester again . Jessica had a wonderful home .

We were there for a pool tournament. The place was great and very clean! Parking was a little confusing when you have multiple cars. I recommend this place and would stay there again.

We stayed here for a procedure at Mayo for our son. It was cozy, well stocked and close to every place we needed to go. Game room was a major bonus. Excellent experience.

Fantastic!

We stayed because we had medical appointments and also visited family members. We didn’t stay at the house much and we didn’t make any meals because of the schedule at Mayo and visiting family who fed us. Home was comfortable. Not fancy but adequate. Beds were comfortable and had a garage which was nice.

This is a place set up for families. It's got plenty of space to spread out, and all the amenities were eminently adequate. Jessica was kind and responsive. And my wife and I enjoyed our time together in Rochester.

Enjoyed having a house for family to gather for Thanksgiving to meet the new grandbaby/cousin. Family traveled from different states to meet the baby. Would have been difficult to accomplish this in a hotel.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while I had heart surgery at St. Mary’s. The house was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a very nice wheelchair, walker, and bath seat in the basement which came in handy after the surgery. The neighborhood is nice and it is a only short walk to St. Mary’s hospital which was very convenient. Thank you Jessica!

We found it to be clean and very nice. We used the garage and it was a little tight getting in and out. We were close enough to everything to walk and we had beautiful weather.

Love all the windows and wooden floors. Not only do the floors look nice but so easy to keep up on if you have a busy schedule. Had families with small children spend an evening with us for supper and a celebration of hard earned National trophies and the house comfortably held us all and the basement games kept the kids entertained while the adults had plenty of space to visit upstairs as well. The neighborhood is very convenient to your needs. Groceries, medicine, restaurants and entertainment very easily accessible.
