Long Beach Tower 3, #1303
This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

This two bedroom two bath unit will take your breath away. It is truly a remarkable spot to spend your family vacation. The condo was completely renovated in May 2021. The unit is very bright with all the natural lighting the sliding glass doors have to offer. The balcony has a wonderful view of the gulf. The kitchen is completed with everything you will need for a home-cooked meal, and is equipped with stainless steel appliances. It opens to the comfortable living are and it creates amazing ambience for you to relax and devour every moment of the precious vacation time we have. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for 2, and plenty of other seating space. The dining has seating for the entire group. The master bedroom is gulf front and has a private balcony that you can enjoy every sunset from. There is a cozy king size bed. It has an en suite bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 comfortable full size beds with private balcony access. There is an attached private bathroom.
Enjoy the poolside fare at The Hangout, where a variety of sandwiches, snacks, and beverages are available throughout the day. At the end of the day, guests are invited to spend the evening in our seasonally heated Polynesian pools and whirlpool spas. It is a fitting end to such a relaxing day, and it is just what you can expect at Long Beach Resort.

*No smoking except in designated areas on the perimeter of the property.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
