The manager was extremely nice and helpful and helped us plan our whole trip for the next day, the staff are extremely nice

- Resort op een prachtige afgelegen locatie. Er is een gratis shuttledienst van en naar het centrum wanneer je er om vraagt. - De uitzichten zijn fantastisch - Grote en schone kamers met badkamer inclusief regendouche - Het personeel komt erg gastvrij over - Het ontbijt is in buffetvorm met croissants en pancakes en daarnaast kan er naar wens een gebakken ei of omelet gevraagd worden

- Het resort heeft onderhoud nodig.l: Losliggende planken bij het zwembad. De planken moeten opnieuw gelakt worden. Te weinig ligbedden en zelfs niet voor elk ligbed een kussen. - De kamers zijn gehorig. Buiten is het rustig, maar als je drukke buren hebt zul je ze horen. - Het restaurant is iets te duur, maar voorziet in heerlijke maaltijden en drankjes

Gorgeous, serene location out of the city but they are very generous with their shuttle. Spacious, quiet rooms. Helpful staff.

Excellent rooms completely let down by unfortunate, uncomfortable furniture choices and the ugliest wall finishes I have ever encountered. No blackout curtains so the light shone in all night.

Exceptional spot with breathtaking view over the river and mountains, nice pool, very good breakfast, staff very helpful providing a shuttle service from town after dinner.

The resort is 1,5km away from town center which is not correctly indicated on the Booking map - however for us it was more a plus than a drawback

Beautiful secluded space with pool and amazing views. Owner was helpful in organizing tickets, there’s no reception so everything is done by owner / WhatsApp. Great breakfast.

Activities and food 2-3x more expensive than in town. Sometimes felt that I was intruding on staff and space when asking for things or being at the pool/restaurant.

Really big, comfortabel room. Great service from the hotel staff and manager. Amazing secluded location overlooking the mountains, about 1.4km from the city centre. Usually they have free boat transport to the city center, but the boat was in maintenance during the low season so they offered free transport by car. The owner helped us with booking transit back and helped us out when both ATMs in the village quit. Overall great hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Not much, if anything: the prices in the minibar where more expensive then in the city centre. Then again: its a hotel minibar.

The staff were exceptional! Could not do enough for you. The beds are insanely comfy. Shower is amazing. The view is incredible.

The menu is pretty overpriced. The food is great but at 5x times the price that most other restaurants charge in the area. Our bill for food came to 726000 for two of us to eat and 2 beers. Beers at $2.5 for a large I thought pricey too. The kids there are very friendly but sometimes maybe a little too friendly! Sitting with us whilst we were eating and asking many many questions took away from the peacefulness a little.

Awesome new resort. So quiet with amazing views over the river and mountains. Its 2 KM from the village but the team takes you by car anytime so Its not an issue. Totally worthy if you want to relax in a beautiful environment. Tasty breakfast!

1 Hospitality is so welcome and warm. 2 the view is breathtaking when you wake up every morning 3 you feel relax every seconds in here 4 they provide free shuttle service

Everything, the place is wonderful, the room very spacious and clean. The view from the room is very beautiful. The resort is lost in the nature and it is far more beautiful than on the photos. There are a lot of activities to do around the place and the host will not hesitate to guide you and to book some trips for you. (The kind of authentic trips, not the touristic ones as he provides very good advices) He knows the region very well. Do not hesitate to go there, that's the kind of place that is really rare and authentic. We stayed 3 nights, and there was still a lot of nice things to do.

By far the most modern & beatiful accommodation in Nongkhiaw. They have a huge garden, beautiful pool, breathtaking views and a river to enjoy almost all to yourself. The place is a couple of km outside the main town, which makes it very private and quiet (if you need to get to town, the staff can easily drive you there or pick you up in their boat). All the staff is lovely

The menu could be more diverse, but they were working on it.

All modern comforts whole enjoying the natural beauty of Nong Khiaw. Large rooms with a river facing terrace, comfortable beds and a very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to enjoy a relaxing time on the Nam Ou river
