this is a beautiful and well-designed house, fully stocked in anticipation of whatever a traveller could want. and Elijah is helpful and responsive. expensive but worth it imo. highly recommended

We had a great time in Austin and the location of the house was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that there is no tv in the living area, it is in a separate, closed off room. This would be great for smaller children, but a bit difficult for the whole family to watch football, especially while preparing meals or hanging out. Otherwise, it was super!

I was lucky to stay at this property with 7 other of my friends (45+). Backyard is awesome. Pictures on site are spot on. The strings light go off understandably at 10pm but we enjoyed sitting out there just for those lights. Feet in pool, talking and just relaxing. The house was more than spacious for 8 of us. The upstairs master suite is incredible with an attached outdoor space. That shower! And then, there is the rooftop area with a picturesque view of Austin downtown. Location was great. A quick Lyft/Uber to downtown while staying in a safe quiet neighborhood. Kayak rentals and restaurants within walking distance too. Not only was the property everything you could imagine but the property manager was absolutely great. This was not my first choice in Austin but my original VRBO plans got cancelled with not much time to find another place. Elijah was very accommodating through this process and even spoke directly with rebooking team. He may have been too nice as I continued to reach out during our entire stay. Every time I sent a msg I got a response back almost immediately. I owed an extra $35 due to rebooking to new property. Elijah hooked us up with some champagne to make up for the difference or maybe that's the norm, I wouldn't be surprised.

Cannot say enough good things about this property or our stay in the house. All around excellent - the home is beautiful and comfortable, the amenities/beds/linens are great, and the view from the roof is spectacular. Location is also fantastic. Elijah was a helpful and attentive host. Strongly recommend if you're looking for an extraordinary place in Austin.
