Breakfast was great, so was dinner. The room was lovely and staff very friendly. Prices for drinks etc very acceptable. Good wifi. Lots of services including getting ski pass for you, locker room etc.

The sauna should not force people to be naked, but allow both guests, who want to wear swim wear (like my teenagers) and guest who want to be naked to enjoy the facilities.

the madras was really on the hard side

Rooms, Breakfast and diner great. Very friendly and professional personel. Also very attentive to the kids. Nice Wellness area as well. Very close to the Fimbabahn!

Beautiful room, both breakfast and dinner were really good, great location and wonderful staff! Modern ski-room and valet parking. You can park in front of the hotel to unload and they park your car for you. During our stay the decision was made to end the ski season early due to the Covid-19 virus. We decided to leave a day early because we didn’t want to take any risks even though the closing of the village started only a day later. The hotel refunded us our last night. They did not have to do that because it was our decision to leave early but they did it spontaneously, we did not even asked for it. So please, book this hotel as soon as Ischgl reopens and support this wonderful team!
