The house was a good size for our group of 10. While there are multiple complaints of a lack of amenities we did not experience this, the description of the home mentions only having a starter kit but we did not need anymore than that. We had 10 people for 3 nights. There were plenty of supplies for us. The reason for the 4 stars is that the home had quite a bit of damage inside. Nothing to ruin our experience but there is room for improvement. We did report all damages we found and got quick responses. They do seem to stop answering a bit early in the day when check in is so late but we made it work while we waited. Overall we would stay again.

My girlfriends and I stayed here to celebrate my bachelorette party and we had the best time! Perfect location and amenities for our needs. I can’t wait to come back!

I booked this place for my bachelorette party. From the listing online it seemed to be the perfect spot. Sadly, I was mistaken. We arrived at the house to find out the owner of the property was hosting an open house. It was around 2 pm and our check in wasn't until 4 pm ( which was fine) but when we spoke to the woman hosting the open house, she had no idea there was going to be a group checking in later that afternoon. Luckily, they were out of there prior to our check in but an open house was never communicated with me by the host or to the relator to let her know to expect a group arriving. The cleanliness was questionable to say the least. The couches were white, and had multiple old stains on them. The shower drain in the lower level bathroom had black scum coming out of the drain, the guest room on the next level had a shower with black stains across the floor. There was 2 trash bags for the entire house, no hand soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and no laundry detergent or softener. The top bunks had a weight limit of only 100 lbs which would have been nice for the owner to let me know since i communicated to them that the group was all adults. The back yard was very unkept, the table provided was unsteady and dirty. You can clearly tell the house is probably run by a property management company who does the bare minimum. The only positive about this house is the location. Everything was within walking distance and the beach was close.

The property had 6 bikes and only 4 had both pedals on them. I had contacted the property management explaining that 2 bikes were broken upon our arrival and we were told that they would be fixed but they never were. Our group had to take turns riding the working set of bikes. The property only provided a bar of soap and shampoo, 2 pods for laundry, and a mini bottle of dish soap. The property was very strict on checking in at 4 pm.
