Overall amazing place and courtesy. Clean, and so beautiful.

We were looking for a place to hold a small and intimate wedding, that our out of town guest could stay at, would be big enough to accommodate about 35 guest for the wedding and reception, and this place DELIVERED!! We wanted a winter themed wedding, so we decorated the covered patio area with lighted spruce trees, and fairy lights and tons of candles!!!! The homeowners let us use some canvas tarps to enclose the patio, which was also heated, and we had no problem adding 30 chairs with room to spare!!! It was beautiful, romantic and intimate with all our favorite people!! And the house???? It was stunning!! This place has a fantastic gourmet kitchen, 2 living areas, eat in kitchen and separate dining and 5 bedrooms and enough bathrooms that there was never a line to get in!!!!!! Everything was clean, they had some basic pantry items for us to use and it was decorated tastefully with comfy sofas, comfy beds and more!!! And for those who can't sleep without noise, all of the bedrooms had tv's. It also had a fantastic yard with a huge amazing pool area!! Too cold now but we hope to go back in the summer to enjoy a long weekend!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again!!!! Well done to the homeowners!!!! Wonderful house, comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway.

Our group of 8 friends adored the house, pool and comfortable sleeping accommodations. It worked perfect for us and appreciated all the thoughtful touches like the fire pit, kitchen for cooking, comfy seating areas, speakers and floaties by the pool for ultimate relaxation. The AC worked great and Beth was such a helpful host. Extra perk, there were peacocks in the neighborhood and ducks in the pond next to the house, such a pretty yard and neighborhood! The security cameras on the perimeter helped us feel safe and were appreciated as well. We would love to stay again when in the Dallas area!

I had an amazing stay at this house. It is a beautiful home that makes you feel like you are at home with all of the extras and personal touches. The pool is wonderful and the outdoor kitchen was great to cook on. I loved seeing the peacocks too, what a fun experience. You have to stay here!

Very lovely property. It was a relaxing weekend. The house had everything we needed. I only wish check out time was later.
