Rate was 90 for a shared room when I got there turned 400 for a private one. I didnt realize during booking. In the next day there wasnt breakfast due to defect in an appliance at the kitchen

Bunk beds are really nice, they have curtains for privacy and lots of storage room. Generally, the dorm, like the whole hotel, was beautifully furnished and spacious. Bar and bar staff was also exceptional.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and room could be cleaner (we stayed in a dorm and hence it can‘t be super clean all the time, I know, but even after the cleaning team was in there were still a lot hair everywhere and in the kitchen was all the time a disgusting smell, most probably from the extractor hoods…). Also, there were cockroaches everywhere, especially in our room (here again, it is a place in the nature and insects are common, I know, but we had them in our beds and that is really disgusting - maybe some insect nets for the windows would help). Kitchen was also poorly equipped. On the other hand, the restaurant on site offers some vegan options, but we were really disappointed by those. E.g., the vegan breakfast was not at all what was advertised in the menu. There was missing half of what should be included. We were offered two fruit bowls instead of one to come up for the missing items, which was nice, but we would have preferred to get what was written in the menu after all.

The hostel itself is actually really cool! Its a huge hostel, really cool and photographic chilled pool area! rooms are clean, hot shower, curtains on the beds! You can book all the tours from here (although I didnt so not sure on pricing)

The facilities and decoration of the hotel are amazing and very modern. Also the wifi is perfect and the people working in the bar are very friendly

The checkin process is very poor. It needs to be done online before arrival, but doesn’t work properly. Several times you get pushed by whatsapp to checkin before, while they don’t answer on questions by whatsapp. Then the welcoming from the receptionist was not good and unfriendly, indicating that you should have checked in online and not willing to speak English while they actually did speak English. This was the only point of improvement, the rest of the experience in Selina was perfect

Great location in the middle of Bonito, modern comfortable hotel with a hostel feeling. The staff was always friendly and nice, a great Caipirinha was served for Happy Hour price by Gabriel who also gave us many hints on what to do in Bonito.

Friendly staff, specially Bruno from the bar! Excellent cocktails and talks! Also, the lovely Selina, the dog. Overall, they made us feel like home

Cute decor, loved all the hammocks dotted around and the setting of the pool. Breakfast was pretty good and it was nice to have a few things that were a little different to the standard breakfasts served elsewhere in Brazil.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms! The beds are super comfortable and the shower is great. The staff is super friendly and fun, we had a great time. The pool and common areas are maintained very well and very relaxing. We extended our stay because we had such a great time. The breakfast also includes coffee as much as you like, which was a huge plus for us!

Clean, spacious room with good communal facilities and vibes. They also let us use the pool after check out before our transfer back to Campo Grande in the evening. No complaints.

This will eventually be a great spot but as it’s still in soft opening phase, the occupancy is low, the vibe is lacking, there were maybe a total of 10-20 guests. It had great facilities such as cinema room, library, and a well equipped kitchen, volleyball court, swimming pool, massive bar/restante, just needs people now!

Overall, it was a good stay, with a few bad experiences! There was one lady at the front desk who didn't care to help at all. Luckily, other staff members were quite helpful, especially at the bar. The upfront payment for the service at the pool was a joke! There are a ton of possibilities for charging someone at a hotel for food and drinks, but the hotel really chose the worst of all. Also, the standard room had no TV and no mini-fridge. The last one I can understand (want to sell more at the bar), but the first? What gives? That was really a bummer.

Location is great and staff is friendly

Slow check-in process, lack of variety for food/breakfast, dirty swimming pool and noisy rooms.

Location, parking. We were lucky the manager was nice when we complained about the reception staff.

The room (too small for 3 people and 2 dogs), they should have told us about it, we could have booked 2 rooms easily. The breakfast was poor. The staff (reception) was not polite concerning the dog, and we paid an extra for it.
