We loved the view & the easy beach access. We had a small issue and it was quickly resolved by the owners. It was a very enjoyable vacation for us!

Fabulous place with everything you need

Beautiful view. Right on the beach. Great for walks.

The bedroom did not look like the photo on VRBO listing. It is now overstuffed with furniture lamps, and knick knacks, I found it a little Claustrophobic.

Absolutely love this place! The location was perfect for a quiet beach get-away. The condo was immaculate, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Watching the sunrise from the spacious oceanfront deck each morning was spectacular and one of the highpoints of the day. Everything you could imagine needing was already there. Perfect!

Our family of four stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The condo was fantastic, everything you need regarding kitchen supplies and you cannot beat the location.

Perfect quiet, secure location and easily accessible to the area. The property manager and owner were very helpful. The condo was well decorated and comfortable, good internet, TV, and beds. The only major drawback is we did not book for a longer stay! Caution on the dishwasher as it does not always do a good job on plates, etc. , otherwise everything was great.

Location is right at the beach and beautiful Sawgrass country club. The views are amazing. The bed was super comfortable condo is updated clean and comes with the basic supplies that you will need. The only thing I did not love about the apartment was the new couch. Unfortunately I did not find it very comfortable. Hopefully anyone visiting will not have the freezing cold weather snap that we had, and won’t be on that couch very much.😂

Several highlights: wonderful location and unobstructed ocean views from the furnished patio and living room. Check in/out very easy. Plenty of bath towels. Newly renovated bathroom. Clean condo. Well maintained and quiet gated community. The beach was clean and not crowded even during a holiday weekend. Communication was easy and prompt via phone and email. Got accurate and detailed information about the area and restaurants. Would definitely be back!

The Surf Villa vacation rental is absolutely fabulous!! The view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach is breathtaking!!! To wake up to the sunrise and then enjoy dinner in the evening on the large deck was a dream come true. We totally enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return. The condo was very clean, quiet and equipped with everything you need. We really loved that it was a second (top) floor unit and the property manager was wonderful.

The location is just perfect.Right on the Ocean, clean views of the Ocean. Place is private and has all the amenities. I had a wonderful week. The Management company was very professional and courteous.

Lovely property, very clean and you could not ask for a better view. Just wish we could have used the pool and restaurant next door. Unfortunately it is not allowed for guests staying only 1 week.

Wonderful stay as always!! We have stay at this property several times now. Love the area…so quiet, relaxing, wonderful ocean view!!! As always very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and hope stay again when we’re in the area.

Great communication and flexibility with the owners. Fantastic ocean view where the scene changes daily. Being just south of Jacksonville offered us easy access to local restaurants, shopping, golf, and parks. Fully recommend staying here so much so we didn't want to leave.

This is a wonderful condo. Very attractive and comfortable furnishings, perfect location with beautiful view of and accessibility to the ocean. Property managers were quick to respond to questions. I certainly hope to rent again!

Loved Ponte Vedra and this condo! The unit is very comfortable and well appointed. Absolutely loved the easy beach access and watching sunrise/moonrise. This area of Ponte Vedra Beach is very residential and quiet. We highly recommend stayjng here! We look forward to coming back.

Everything was great!

The Carneys (JenRic) were responsive, getting right on an Internet glitch. Unit is tastefully decorated and extremely convenient to the beach/ocean. We look forward to our next stay.

Beautiful property well maintained Great stay

It pains me to write a glowing review on this place because it's such a hidden gem and I want it all to myself. My wife, son (9) and I stayed there for 7 glorious nights. It's a one bedroom but it worked for us perfectly. The condo, aside from being right on the beach, is nestled between $5M to $10M homes. WOW! really upscale neighborhood. On the other side of the condo you have The Players Club (TPC) where you can find PGA tours going on. The condo has all the amenities anyone would need. The exclusiveness meant very few people on the beach. We were super close to all the shops and the restaurants in the area were amazing. We're already booking our next stay here.

This property is fantastic! Beyond it's awesome location with great beach views and access, the management team of Rick and Jenny is more than accommodating. Their attention to detail while we were there was beyond excellent. Be assured that if you have any questions or needs during your stay, they will respond and act quickly. They made sure that we had everything we needed to guarantee a fantastic and memorable stay. We will absolutely rent from them again. Thanks for Everything!!

Perfect location for golf tournament. Even though the tournament was cancelled this year, we definitely enjoyed the beach and condo. Hope to see you again next year.

A few things need an update but continuous beach view and access far outweigh these. Place is very homey and comfortable. Manager Rick very responsive
