Kendra was absolutely amazing! I was looking for a back yard with tall trees to host a surprise hibachi birthday dinner and this home offered everything I needed and more! There is a guest guidebook you can use that was very impressive! Every VRBO home should have this!! Forgot bug spray, no worries Kendra will offer to stop what she’s doing to bring you some! Don’t forget to bring your s’mores and wine to enjoy fire pit! Rest and relax here!

This place is perfect for anyone but I highly recommend staying here with your family! We stayed with our 3 little kids and loved it. Kendra thought of everything- everything is labeled and easy to find. Our favorite feature was the backyard. It’s huge and awesome- chalk, outdoor dining, basketball net.
This is a really, really nice place to stay. Worth the money and deserving of its perfect 5 star review.

We had a great stay! The backyard was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. Our kids also enjoyed playing basketball and sitting on the patio. Our only complaint was how uncomfortable the beds were. We would definitely stay here again!

First of all, Kendra was really nice and professional, and willing to answer all questions. She always was available to answer my calls.
She was very organized. She labeled all the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen, which made it very convenient.
The backyard is really nice and big. The patio area is nice also.
We didn't have any issues during our stay at all. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, cozy, updated home with nothing overlooked. Attention to detail and cleanliness is top notch. Kendra has thought of everything! The house is very well equipped, from toys, movies, paper goods, toiletries, extra blankets, anything at all you need. She is a very good communicator, very friendly and was available anytime we needed anything. Location was very close to anything we needed. We were attending an event at the civic center and were only 5 mins away. If I only had one recommendation, our bed wasn’t the most comfortable, maybe a mattress topper would be beneficial. We would definitely stay here again!

We were traveling through several states, were very tired when we arrived and pleasantly surprised at how wonderful a place Kendra has! Not only was everything immaculate, but we could tell she chose everything in the house thoughtfully and it was very attractive and uncluttered. We were especially amazed at how tranquil the yard was and could not tell we were so close to I-40.
This was literally the only positive Vrbo location we have ever experienced... and this will probably be the only one we will ever stay in again! :)

This home. Was so well planned and the thoughtfulness that went into it is amazing. Everything you could want is here. The comfort level is through the roof! I want to give it a lower rating because I think it will become so popular I wont be able to get it next time Im in Amarillo!

We loved this place! It was very comfortable, quiet but close to hop onto major roads and get around. All comforts were available and the spacious backyard was a peaceful place to hang out. There is no need to look for another place. This is it!

My family stayed at the Yellow Door for one night on the way to Colorado. The house was even better than we expected. It is very nicely decorated and was spotless. My kids enjoyed playing basketball out back. The beds were comfortable and the house is well equipped. We will definitely plan to stay again on future journeys! Thank you for a great stay!

The house was perfect for our stay while visiting family. Everything was labeled and well organized. The furnishings were great, especially with two little kids. My son loved playing in the large backyard. Kendra was extremely responsive and kind. We will definitely be back.

We had a nice overnight stay as we were passing through Amarillo for the night. It is very close to I-40 which was convenient for us. It has been updated nicely and was very clean. It is also in a quiter neighborhood which is nice but close to conveniences. We enjoyed our short stay here.

The description is spot on and the accommodations did not disappoint. Extremely easy access from the interstate, quiet neighborhood, very clean inside and out. This was the first stop on a long road trip for my family and we couldn’t have started the trip with a better place to stay and get well rested for our long journey. The Yellow Door was more than just a place to stay over the weekend, it was exactly what our family needed. We loved how well we were hosted from the welcoming backyard full of bubbles and chalk for our kiddos, to the relaxing flow of the home. We'll definitely book this home again! Thanks Kendra
