We love the access to the gulf and bay side. Several pool options, lazy river, beach, and the dock for fishing. Great location between Destin and Ft. Walton.

Large spacious master bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful views of the bay with a very large balcony. Clean home and beautiful resort. The lazy river is the best and love the access to the little pier and skywalk to the ocean.

Really enjoyed our stay! The heated pool and family spa were hits with our kids. Will definitely book again for next year!

We had an amazing time staying in Destin West 502! The place was clean and super big and comfy! This was one of our best vacations ever! We will definitely be going back! The pools and beach were wonderful and easy to access and the guy at the beach chairs rental remembered by name the whole week and had us set up quickly which made beach days even better.

The floor was not mopped at all. We had black socks after walking around in any room. We had to wear our shoes constantly. The oldest chair on the balcony, my son sat down and it broke. He has a cut and scratch going down his side. The bathroom counter top has to be washed to be used. The beds were comfortable and everything else worked fine

The condo is a perfect size for our family of 8. The view of the bay and the patio area were very nice. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen with appliances and doses we have had in our condo rentals. The host is very responsive to questions and concerns.

We had a great time and loved the property. It was very clean and the resort is amazing. The balcony overlooks the bay and access to it from the Master bedroom or the living room is nice. The master bedroom stays fairly warm compared to the rest of the condo, so taking a fan is my suggestion. The whirlpool bathtub is amazing and was so great to relax in. We did have a slight issue getting the refrigerator to stay cold. It took a long time to cool off once we loaded it up and it never stayed super cold. Cold enough for most things, but I did let the property owner know about it. We had one issue while there from the condo above having a leak and it dripped into the condo, but we communicated with the property owner and it was quickly taken care of with no issues. We had plenty of room for all 8 of us (me, my boyfriend, our 4 teenagers and their 2 teenage friends). It worked out perfectly. This was my second trip to this resort and I would definitely book this condo again if we have a big group it was perfect! FULL size washer and dryer was a definite plus! Highly recommend!! The communication leading up to the say was perfect and she was super responsive with any questions I had during. Definitely a perfect choice for our large group!

This condo is clean & spacious and has such a beautiful view of the bay. Very close to the lazy River which our kids enjoyed. Short walk (about 8 minutes) to the beach. Lots of restaurants & shopping nearby. Had a great time!!

The place is great especially for those with children. The lazy river was a big hit. My children did not want to leave. Having access to a private beach was a huge win as well. My husband said he's now all spoiled. Waking up next to the bay was amazing and honestly a huge plus with the whole family. I was able to relax while sipping my coffee at the balcony, watching the sunrise. The master bedroom is perfect and the bed is comfortable. The second bedroom (bed) could use an upgrade according to my in laws but it was cozy enough. My children were ecstatic after seeing their bedroom. Two spent the first week of summer with the other parent and had to sleep on the couch so they were just excited that they have their own bed. Haha. I spoke with the owner a few times regarding some (minor) damages that was there already. She seems real nice and easy to talk to. All in all, would definitely stay in the property again.

We are cousins from Arkansas, Alabama and Michigan looking for a get-away — We could not have found a more perfect spot! The room in Osprey was beautiful and spacious! The patio was so large and we enjoyed many hours on it, playing cards, laughing, enjoying the bay! We never laughed so hard on the tubes in the lazy river. We were told to “please come back!” Absolutely everything was perfect and we will be back! Thank you for this wonderful vacation!

Well appointed, stocked and perfect for the stay. The lazy river is amazing and the location next to Rick's on the Island made it the perfect place to stay for the charity event weekend (Rock by the Sea).

Everything was so nice and the view from the master bedroom is everything. Definitely would rent again .

This property was located with a perfect view of the bay! The condo was spacious and comfortably accommodated eight people, with a couple exceptions: 1) the sofa bed and queen bed were very uncomfortable to sleep on, and 2) there are no curtains on the sliding glass doors to the balcony, so there was a bright light in your face at like 6 AM. I consider these issues very minor, since we always got up early and went to bed pretty late. The place was very clean, there were enough dishes and cooking supplies to make everything and anything we needed, and the owner was very responsive in her communications. I would definitely consider staying there again!

Perfect condo. Will be back

We had a great little min-vacation here over Easter break. Condo was super clean, well stocked and beds were comfortable. The location is perfect with the lazy River and pool on this part of the property and a covered/elevated walkway to the beach side. Our family would definitely stay again in the future.

I haven’t stayed in many vacation rental properties, but this one exceeded my expectations.

It was a lovely stay.

The pool and lazy river were incredible. The biggest problem was there were cockroaches in our condo. The big water kind and the small german roaches. This was very concerning because we were so afraid of taking them back to our home. We had to take extra precautions when we brought our things back. We notified the lady we booked from and never heard anything back from her.

Check in process was very easy. Property owner provided a very detailed information sheet about checking, parking, how to access the beach, etc which was very much appreciated. The condo was perfectly situated right on the bay with private access to the beach. A short walk to restaurants and bars. Public’s grocery store was 1 mile away. It was just my husband and myself. Next time we will bring our 9 year old for the lazy river. The condo was very clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this vacation - from booking our stay with Maya to the check out. The condo was well stocked, beds were all so comfortable, plenty of shopping and restaurants close by and the entire family LOVED the lazy river. Definitely would recommend staying here! Maya is the best!!!!!!

Great condo especially fir such a short notice

The condo was great for my family’s trip. There was space and the view was relaxing. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook for the week. Overall, great property. I would book again.
