Brand new, well appointed house.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful home in Bella Vista, Arkansas, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning surroundings and the impeccable condition of the house. The location is perfect, nestled in the picturesque landscape of Bella Vista. The house itself is a true gem, with a charming exterior and an interior that is both stylish and comfortable. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, combining modern amenities with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them in the lovely dining area or out on the scenic patio. The living areas were equally inviting, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. The bedrooms were a dream, offering a restful night's sleep with their plush beds and tranquil ambiance. This was our second stay! We love this home, roomy, quiet, beautiful neighborhood and views across the street to the biggest lake in Bella Vista. Neighbors were friendly inviting us to join them to watch 4th of July fireworks. Clean and well stocked home with nice furnishings. Very open and spacious with a nice screened in porch on yhe back of this home. Super quiet area. We will return!

Everything was as advertised. House was very clean and exactly what we were expecting. Would stay here again if we are in the area!

We loved all of the beautiful and comfortable reclining sofas and chairs. Everything was just exceptional! The kitchen was well stocked and had all the cookware that we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding was plush. Having two king sized beds was a plus, as well as having a queen sized bunk bed and a trundle bed. We were in Bella Vista to attend our granddaughter's wedding so were 'on the go' constantly. We added an extra day to our original plans just so we could enjoy the home for a day. Hopefully, we can make a return visit to this home.

Very clean, nicely decorated, newer house. Kitchen had all the necessities, master bath was huge, and back porch was very pleasant. Coffee pods would have been nice. Front door lock was not intuitive, but lockbox was useful and rep was very nice. Smoke alarm went off at 5 am (was removed, needs 9V battery)! Good experience overall.
