Beautiful and clean, just as pictured and described. Close to Universal Studios, where we were going. I’d recommend bringing extra towels for the shower. Overall great stay, thank you!

There with nephews on college spring break..being so close to Shingle Creek golf course great Unit very clean and had everything we needed. Property manger came right away when we couldn’t find the toaster but it was there all along! Having full beds in second bedroom a plus. Only improvement would be more comfortable chair for relaxing in living room.

Had a small problem with shower head and shower curtain. Contacted host and they had someone respond almost immediately . Quickly resolved the problem. Great experience.

This was our second time staying at this resort. Both experiences were excellent although we preferred this years’s condo just a bit over last year. The kitchen and living room are bright and modern and the lake view is beautiful in the day and at night. We would return here for sure.

Close to everything. I've stayed at ALOT of VRBO's. This one was great with 2 exceptions. It says it sleeps 8 but there is less then 8 bathroom towels and only 4 beach towels. Most rooms have left over spices and salts etc and there were none. Rationed amounts of Papertowels and tolietpaper were unusual for a VRBO. I had to bring my own Garbage sacks as they only provided 1. If they upgraded these things it would be a 5. Also main pool and gameroom etc are actually across a major street and through another set of gates, except the pool in our area had construction going on. I still liked the place , just a heads up if your plan is to do that. We had to do laundry 2 times to have enough for 7 nights with 5 people total.

Always a nice place to stay

It was exactly what we needed for a long weekend to start the new year.

The unit has bugs!! We brung our baby’s car seat in the house and it was immediately infested with bugs. After a little investigation we noticed the bugs were coming in from the front door. They were in every room and began to crawl on our luggage. We advised the host and she replied that there was nothing she could do until tomorrow. The next day she sent someone to spray. And after numerous conversations she repeatedly ignored the fact that the bugs destroyed the car seat and was on our luggage. When we said we could not longer stay she demanded that we leave the unit immediately and accused us of just wanting a refund. We told her we needed some time because we were out trying to buy a new car seat on Christmas Eve and needed to find a new place to stay as well as clean her unit properly. We were in the middle of washing clothes to make sure we didn’t bring any bugs with us as we were traveling. She would not allow us more than 1 hour to leave the unit and became rude and inconsiderate. This unit single handedly ruined our Disney Christmas vacation. If you still choose to book this unit be cautious if the tiny bugs that live there as well. They are hard to see if you are not looking closely.

In town for a conference so the location was great. Clean, updated place.

We had an excellent stay here. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and washer and dryer worked perfectly. We were going to universal for 5 days so location was perfect as it was only a 10 minute drive. We were so close we even took breaks in between the day and evening. Would definitely book again. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed a week at the condo while attending volleyball games

My husband, myself and two teenagers stayed in this beautiful and comfortable condo for the convenience to the convention center. Check in was seamless, the condo looks exactly like the pictures, Publix is within walking distance but we preferred to drive, and check out was a breeze. The walking paths around the two ponds are filled with egrets and all kinds of beautiful birds and wildlife. We loved the balcony overlooking the pond, and the comfort of the condo. This was a great place to stay and we would stay here again anytime!

We found this for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Spacious and clean. The only downside was the pool onsite was partly under construction (still could use it) and the pictures of the clubhouse, workout area and multiple pools are across the street at main resort. That isn’t described in the details of the villa. Overall a very nice place and great that it is near a grocery store to get food, spices, coffee, etc.

We stayed here for the Cheerleading World Championships with our daughter and her best friend. The unit was everything we could have wanted in a place to stay for a week. It was beautiful and clean, with plenty of space for us to stay out of each other's way when getting ready. The location is perfect for getting around easily. We spent our time at the Convention Center and Universal, and getting there was painless. Ana was very responsive before and after our stay, which was greatly appreciated. I'm sure she would have been the same while we were there, but we had no issues and didn't need to reach out. This is definitely our first choice for our future trips to the area!

Stayed here with my husband, son (18) and nephew (19) for my son’s last spring break as a high schooler. This is a beautiful property with lots of amenities. It’s close to major highways so it’s easy to get to area attractions, but far enough away to not be in congested traffic near the resort. Lots of great eating spots nearby. Ms. Arrigoni was a gracious hostess and everything was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here or any of her properties again!
