Our stay was wonderful after we had to wait for the cleaning ladies to arrive after our check in time which in reality they should’ve had the cabin clean upon arrival so they didnt have to come out a second time. That made my partner and I miss a whole night because by the time they left the cabin it was 8pm the got there around 6… That was the only upsetting part after driving all day we just wanted to relax and couldn’t. If the cleanliness of the cabin was up to par everytime we’d definitely stay again. Throughout these issues the Host was on top of it and sent the cleaners right away, just wish that didn’t have to happen.

Property was great beautiful house and close to lots of things to do but yet still away from everything. Host is very helpful and answers immediately check in process was very easy. only complaint was the yard hadn’t been mowed in awhile weeds were up to my chest in the back yard so made the back yard unusable. But the house and hot tub were great.

Property was perfect for a weekend getaway. Family of 7 with teens and adult children had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked most of our meals. The pool table, air hockey table, and ping pong table got lots of use.

The inside was clean and fine. The pictures on the site are obviously older. The outside spaces were not up to our expectations. The nice porch was not clean or swept. Same with the lower porch section. Back by the firepit was overgrown. Property needs maintenance attention.

Our stay was great we really enjoyed the cabin for the most part no Mountain View but in a wonderful location. My only complaint is when we got to the cabin there was a lock on one of the closets in the master bedroom and it was broken off when we arrived and the other closet was already full of things, broom, mop, etc so therefore we didn’t use the closets which is fine because there are drawers as well, however the host texted me about a day after we left saying during their walk through of the house after we left she then discovered the lock was broken off and that door, lock, and repairs were needed I saw the message the next morning and responded telling her that it was like that when we arrived however if she would get back with me on a total that I would gladly get it to her. She never responded and proceeded to charge my card. I just thought that was a little unprofessional but it’s okay it is what it is. I just suggest taking pictures of anything broken or messed up as soon as you get there and letting the host know that way the blame doesn’t fall on you.

This charming mountain home was everything that we needed to unwind for a few days while we made our trip from Tennessee to Florida. With the game room and hot tub accessible at the house we found we could really just relax at the comforts of the house and enjoy family time. We were greeted with lots of deer that we could watch from the wrap around porch. It was truly beautiful to see Nature in comfort. The house had plenty of space for our family as well. Would recommend 100%!
