Enjoyed the stayed

I loved the house, but it is in the hood like the hood hood of las vegas. But overall amazing house and pool. Although the pool was dirty when we got there, we cleaned it as much as possible. The ac would only o down he 72 in 102 or 104 temp outside and then i would change on its own to 82 at night so you would wake up hot as hell.

The property is redone inside and overall very nice. Bathrooms are small, but they serve their purpose. The location is convenient to BLD parks so worked great for us. It’s a pain to deal with the driveway gate when there is traffic and parked cars. But, in general it was quiet in the home. The pool wasn’t useable as the heat didn’t seem to work (which was needed for the time of year we were there) and the nearby tree had the top of the water decorated. Property manager was easy to communicate with and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The beds were comfortable the rooms were clean the house was cozy I didn't like that in the garage there were things that they repair the home with and left it in the garage for storage it made the garage look clutter and not clean and outside there was a lot of wood around the fence area which made it look tacky and took away from the scenery and the yard could have been maintenance better if these area get fixed it would have been a nice property

Everything inside has been remodeled. It is nice, clean and comfortable. The rooms are a good size. Each room had a newer TV. The two bathrooms were small but clean. Although no body soap or wash cloths. No hair dryer and only 6 body and hand towels. Only a few outlets and not near the sink in one bathroom. Small mirrors in the bathrooms and no other mirrors in the house. Also no clocks in the bedrooms and only one in the house (did not work). The location was really sketchy! It was on the corner of two main roads (busy and noisy). The windows and doors had bars. Even the Uber driver said we were staying in “the hood”. We really enjoyed having the private pool. It needed better fencing (had chain link with plywood). It needed to be vacuumed. It had a nice patio attached. The neighbors dogs poked their head out but didn’t bark and seemed friendly. Based on these pictures, it appears that the house is in a residential neighborhood. It is not. Pulling in and out is difficult. You will have to open and shut the fence and pull onto a main road. We were able to fit a small car in the garage and would not have felt safe with it outside.

Overall the stay was good. Pool was dirty upon arrival and at night the neighbors dogs were constantly barking. Also would suggest adding some mirrors to the rooms. Kitchen utensils have some rust spots and would recommend changing them.
