“Beautiful Bank” indeed! Marty could not have been a better communicator. House and location were awesome. Reserve without a second thought.

This house is absolutely wonderful. If I try to list all the great amenities, this will be a very long review! The listing and descriptions are very accurate. Also, the beach below the house is just fantastic. We had minus tides while we were there, and the tide pools at the north end were as good as any I’ve seen, and we’ve been coming to the coast for years. We were also able to body board just a few yards to the south of the stairs. It was so fun! Just bring a wetsuit! The outdoor features like the hot tub, kitchen, table and chairs are so great. The beds were comfortable, although the upstairs master was a bit firm for me. But overall the upstairs is such a wonderful space. The only thing that kind of drove me nuts was deciphering the Italian oven controls with the help of the guest book, every time we used it. I guess it’s too fancy for me! I would also very much suggest some light blocking curtains for the downstairs west facing bedroom, and new vertical blinds, or just curtains, since the verticals always break, for the downstairs sliding doors. But again, very minor compared to all the great things. The fold out beds downstairs are pretty cool. Another favorite feature was the foot massager! It’s an exceptional place, all around. We really hope to come again in future years. Also, the owner is super friendly, and responds very quickly by text to any questions or concerns. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Wonderful house with a lot of space and a beautful view of the ocean. The layout of the house and its private access to the beach was perfect for us. Marty was an excellent host and communicated with us during our entire stay.

The house was beautiful and clean upon arrival. Marty was great to work with throughout the entire process from booking to checkout. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a relaxing time with an amazing view of the ocean!

The Belle Rive was such a beautiful place to stay with our family for much needed time together. The view was fabulous and the property had everything that everyone needed. Marty was great and easy to get a hold of. A great time was had by all, adults, kids and dogs. We would totally recommend the Belle Rive!

This house is amazing! Read all the details in the binder, because there was stuff we missed out on. But it was amazing! Such a good host, easy to text with issues, check-in/check-out was so easy, an awesome stay.

We had a great stay, Marty has spent a lot of time and resources to create a peaceful getaway! Our dog LOVED the beach and water and my husband loved the recliner and foot massager!! Sunset’s are smack dab in front of you, bird activity is great to watch! Hot tub and sauna are AWESOME and a great kitchen to work with! Everything you need right in one place! Don’t delay… rent this house! Beautiful inside and out, big rooms, big kitchen. It was exceptionally clean and felt very luxurious. Do you love coffee? There’s a Keurig in each bathroom plus a coffee pot, Keurig and espresso machine in the kitchen! The hot tub is great! Lots of beach toys, games, puzzles, books and movies. And the communication with the owners was the best I’ve ever had! Truly a great rental!
