The amount of space and overall layout is nice. The area is new build and quiet. Rooms were all very well presented . We walked from the property to Warwick University and celebrated my Graduation with family

Lovely decor, close to university, what we needed. Very responsive host.

The single beds were very rickety (but still comfortable), could do with reviewing to see if new ones needed/some work done on them. couldn't get to plug sockets in the twin room without lifting up the mattress, an extension cable would be helpful. The dining table benches could do with tightening up or replacing, scared to sit on them as so wobbly.

Everything was as described and the team were able to relax in comfort between work

We stayed here as we were working in the local area and the location was perfect for us. The hosts communicated everything to us perfectly and easy to contact if we needed to get in touch, the property itself was lovely with everything we needed, a perfect home from home stay, we would definitely stay here again.
