Comfortable with all facilities we needed, great location and easy parking. Everything immaculately clean and basics of towels /bedding & kitchen essentials provided. Comfy longe chairs to relax in front of tv after long days out running the coastal path.

The location was perfect. A minutes walk to the centre and bus stop. The apartment was comfortable and exactly what I needed for my mini break. Although I only briefly met the owner he was very helpful and apologetic as the path had been dug up and not in use. This had no effect on my stay. This included an apology letter. Very thoughtful.

There was nothing for me not to enjoy..

The accommodation was wonderfully quiet. Stayed for 5 nights on the top floor with no disturbance whatsoever. It was clean, with a good shower room, comfortable bed and chairs. The kitchen area was fully equipped. Great views of the bay and countryside.

The turret room was cold and poorly decorated, with dirty windows. This was a shame because it would otherwise have been a nice place to sit to admire the view of the bay. Also be warned that if you have trouble with stairs you wouldn't want to stay on the top floor. The staircase is very steep and narrow.

Lovely location at the top of Robin Hood’s Bay, big, clean and comfortable studio apartment and nice and warm which was a benefit for a cold January stay.

The apartment olivet was all we could have hoped for..the location fantastic.the hosts very helpfull and friendly.

Superb location - next to the main bus stop in the village and the post office/shop. Very spacious apartment. Clear instructions for parking and access. Extremely clean and good variety of utensils in the kitchen.

The heating was a little tricky to get the hang of (storage heaters), but the portable heater provided helped.

Great location & great value.

We had an inconsiderate family in the room above us who were extremely loud & had no consideration for other guests in the property. However this is no reflection on the accommodation itself which was great.

The Bethany suite is a very spacious, and well equipped apartment, in a very quite location. There is a bus stop nearby to go to Whitby, There are lots of secure parking spaces. The very large flat screen TV. The near new washing machine.

The toilet seat needs to be adjusted to stay in in the correct position. The shower head needs to be adjusted or replaced as it keeps falling out of its holder. The shower stall pan to wall joint needs to have the black mold removed. The heaters and baseboards tops needs dusting. The beds are very firm with very little upper padding. Quilts are a little small for the beds.
