Location is quite close to the see but the area is quite noisy and if you want to sleep well, it would be better to choose a location further away from the sea/beach. Nice waves !

The cleanliness is probably in line with what you see in French toilets along highways. When we arrived, we got an appartment that was not cleaned at all. One of the receptionists (young and very aimable) proposed us to clean the appartment or to switch (which was aimable) but we needed to move and redo all beds, etc. The WIFI is very poor but this seems an infrastructure problem linked to the municipality of Moliets (low network). Finally as a "gift" we received all bed linen for free to compensate the cleanliness of the appartment. With regards to common space, we never saw one person cleaning these ! There were quite dirty as well. We had a lot of fun surfing nice waves but the appartment (Nemea) was not valued at the quality level.

Amazing location.

Not much natural light. Terrace facing fence. Demands very strict: late check-in/early checkout.(making stay 1 day + 2 nights) Not good value for money unless you're a large group..

Location is great, close to bars and restaurants and beach. The reception staff were very helpful. There was plenty of parking however it was only June. Noise levels were low.

It was a long way from the entry point to the apartment and hauling belongings was hard work. Beds were a bit hard and would not have been good for more than the 2 nights that we stayed.

We were shocked to find out that this resort charges extra for even the most basic stuff, and partially misrepresented what is included in the price. usually the price you see on Booking.com is “all taxes and fees included” - well, not so here! you want sheets on your bed? that costs extra. Towels? get your wallet out! described as having free wifi, they charge extra for wifi in your room - the “free wifi” only works in the reception area! Also, extra “tourist tax” will be charged on top of Booking.com price as well. Cleaning fee of 65 Euro, unless you clean the place yourself. security deposit of 350 Euro charged upon arrival, was not refunded until I messaged the hotel and then it took 3 more days after that. All said, for the true price you end up paying here, we probably would have stayed somewhere else. Staff speaks no English, it would be helpful if they had written explanations for all this in several languages at the front desk. room was ok, location is good, staff was probably trying to help but language barrier made communication difficult. bottom line: staying here will cost you a lot more than what you see as the price on Booking.con

Neither swimming pool available before 10h00 was a large minus. Internet chargeable in 2019 should be included in price. 50€ a week for TV? It's cheaper to go-to supermarket and buy a 20€ TV decoder box or use internet based TV.

Dated rooms, nothing included and extra costs for towels, sheets and cleaning. Even though cleaning was added, you had to perform some cleaning tasks on your own. You had to take trash several hundred meters on your own. Dirty pillows. Super high price for the quality.
