It was close to beaches stores and food. We came as family graduation trip. 16 of us comfortable they have everything you need. Grocery store down the street. We did beaches and universal studios. In evenings we enjoyed the pool and fire pit relaxing. Can tell it is older home but did great job upgraded remodel. Only thing which was fine but with pool and so many showering I would suggest bigger groups bring extra towels. They had washer and dryer which we definitely used but some nights we were waiting on towels for kids to shower and after long days and wanting to get kids in bed for next day adventures kinda was a small thing but again we were a big group. The host responded quickly and was a little worried about noise with kids but other than that can’t complain. Definitely 100% would use this house again if back in this area. Beautiful property. Spacious indoors. The pool house was a great overflow space. Minor observations: 1. Shower Curtains should be cleaned / replaced. They are white and had some stains which does a disservice to the otherwise clean home. 2. Opened food / alcohol from previous guests should be disposed of by cleaning crew. We wouldnt touch it, but when you have many people and you buy food, you have to keep reminding people what you brought in versus what was already there. Some people may like this, but its just an observation frome. Suggestions: 1. Add serving dishes (salad bowls, trays, and beverage pitchers)...they dont have to be expensive. We went out and purchased these for our family game night / dinners...but adding a few of these would compliment the space. 2. Include face cloths and hand towels as a standard. We went out and purchased these, but they should come standard. Bottom Line: Very very nice home in nice area. Would definitely stay again and with the host.

We stayed at this property for a girls trip and it was perfect! The space was very clean and James was incredibly responsive. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would highly highly recommend!
