A well-maintained house! We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Our son and daughter-in-law were also able to spend 2 nights with us. A little short on furniture but sometimes less is better than more, and we were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Location great! Living room furniture dirty & worn out to sit on. Box springs under new mattress broken down, no change of sheets for beds, limited bath towels, some with bleach on them. Kitchen ware limited & chipped. Mold on inside of a few windows, broken ice maker, microwave sometimes working, fronts of cupboards sticky & dirty. Dish TV cycles off periodically & has to be reconnected during evening time. Carpet dirty. No extra queen size blankets for both beds. Nothing in the linen closet. No stock. Broken down shutters on back porch. Size of house perfect. Kitchen floor nice. Walls in home need to be painted. No tv in either bedroom; but hardware left up. A sad presentation & representation. Do not spend your money till property can be brought up to acceptable standards. Host was professional to communicate with.

This house was very convenient for us. We had plenty of room in the house, a grocery store was very close, and there was easy access to the Interstate not far away. The owner was just a phone call away if we had any questions. We plan to use this location during future visits to the area.

This property was in a clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. The pictures on the listing are accurate. All basic supplies included and were in good condition. House was clean and cozy. Beds, pillows, furniture were all very comfy. Enjoyed the evenings on front and back porches. Close to Lake Murray’s beach park and shopping. The host was very kind and always replied back very quickly. We love Chapin and visit often. This will be our new place to stay!

House was very clean. Lacked some furnishings that would have been helpful. No dressers in bedrooms or lamps and end tables in living room. Beds not very comfortable. A bit more decor would be more welcoming. Owner was very friendly and responded very quickly.

Clean, everything worked.
