First time staying at this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the Sunset Walk, the pool and pool amenities were great and the service was excellent! We will be back!

This place is beautiful, much nicer than a typical Embassy Suites…which makes sense as it is actually a part of Hilton’s timeshare network with a commensurate level of finish.

Place was dirty. Food was cold. No coffee. Beds were uncomfortable. Omar has no customer service skills at all. Will never stay here or reccomend this hotel to anyone.

We only stayed 1 night and we are sad we didnt get to stay more! It was like staying in a little apartment. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is nice. It is far from the main theme parks. The breakfast is the same every day. The staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly.

Rooms were great. Missing a few things. For example I think I counted 16 glasses but no mugs. Free laundry was great. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Same everyday and when you’re there for almost two weeks it got pretty boring. They could do with changing it up. Pool is nice but closes way too early. Got there an hour before it closed one night to be told they changed the hours and it was closing even earlier at 6pm. Kids were disappointed. Not sure what the resort fee is for. Felt a little cheated on that

We had one of the biggest rooms with one king and two queen beds. The room was absolutely beautiful. full kitchen and a lovely balcony. The issue came from my card being charged after I had already prepaid. That was a simple fix but still an inconvenience. The biggest issue was that the key cards did not work. Maybe it was related to that national internet shut down but it was very frustrating! We couldn’t go out of our room without needing an escort to let us back in. The wait time was long since at night, there was only one worker.

There was a problem with the door looks in the brand new building called number 2 and we had to get a security guard to unlocked the door for us. The phones didn't work and we needed something, but no one picked up the phone. We were charged $997 for three nights, which is a rip off. I will never rent from that horrible place again.

Staff was not friendly at all. They catered to Spanish speaking people. But people who spoke Spanish that are of African decent we nocticed was treated very different in the quilting of services. I felt if I was being watched at breakfast and at the gift shop
When I was at the fest to check in the employee started help someone else and talking in Spanish to them while she was supposed to be helping me . And I got charged $40 resort fee and no one could explain why and what it was for. I didn’t use the gym or pool. I will never stay here again and I would like a full refund.

The property was very nice and inviting. Did not like the fact that you can’t take your breakfast to your room. We had a spinal cord injury patient so we took the food to the room anyway. Everything else was great

Only downfall I had was it was very difficult getting in touch with the front desk. I had to call two different occasions during my trip and each time took about 6 calls back to back trying to get someone on the phone.
Otherwise, everything else was great! I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
