They stuck next to the mechanical room which made a clanking noise all night. If you stay here, you are guaranteed NO sleep!

The other visitors was allowed to let children run up and down the hallways and slam doors and the phone didn’t work so had to get up and go down to front desk and ask if something could be done this was going on till after 11 o’clock

We found this on the way to Florida from Texas. It was clean, easy to get to, nice staff and the ac worked really well! So, we stayed again on the way back home!

I liked the nightly cost which was more than $50 less than our other option. Plus, they are pet friendly and only charged $25 per night per pet, which is exactly half what the other option charged on a previous visit. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area could use a little attention. Some customers thought it was somehow appropriate to toss chewed up gum all over the deck. Another customer did the same their cigarette butts.

Disapointed in charging 30 a day for pet fee. Will not return.

This stay was on our way out west. It was clean, neat and offered a hot breakfast in the morning. A great value! My less than perfect score was because of dog walking in mud around the hotel, as one comes back in.

Relatively new facility. The breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs could have been better.

Room phone, tv, and ice maker were all broken. Room was not stocked with coffee. Front desk had a hard time providing coffee. Room was ready early, but charged $20 for arriving 30 min early.

I had been traveling 4 hrs and by time I arrived I was exhausted. Even though I got in early the great staff obliged with an hour early checkin. I got to a very clean room and crashed for 4 hours. I was so thankful to be able to finally rest in a beautifully modern decorated room.

We requested an ACCESIBLE room and were given one on the 3rd floor. Almost brand new building. The issue was that because of an early storm, the building lost all power and there was no emergency generator. Elevators were not functional placing a hardship for a person with limited mobility to come down three flights of stairs. Furthermore, the personnel, specifically the night shift manager, was at a total loss on how to proceed. He informed me that even after he had called the GM, the GM said he would stay at home and do nothing. How is it that this property was allowed to operate without the emergency generator? Where is the building inspection certificate and how did the county or city allowed this to happen? Clearly a corrupt and inept team all along What is the responsibility of Wyndham when overseeing commitment to safety?

My tv in my room didn’t work so I wasn’t able to relax and watch tv

My go to stay on trips to Lake Charles area. Always clean rooms and friendly staff. Far enough from interstate for peaceful sleep.

The young woman who checked us in was most helpful. She was very courteous. We are an elderly couple and when she found out the ice machine on our floor did not work she went to another floor to fill our ice bucket herself. She was just lovely and went beyond what we expected. She helped make our stay delightful.

Property is new. Toilet commode was not stable. Notified at front desk. Breakfast selection is limited.
