My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist initially denied my check-in, despite having a confirmed reservation. This lack of professionalism set a poor tone for the entire experience. The management was unresponsive and ineffective in addressing the issues I encountered. The room was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to relax. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was non-functional, leaving the room unbearably hot. Overall, the service and facilities fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The room was smelling bad , bathroom was not clean, cigrate's smell was all in the room even when asking for room change they denied

When you will reach the actual address mentioned on booking confirmation, the plot number has vibe hotel and staff tells the address is correct but its vibe hotel and we charge 2500 per day which is double to booking amount.
