Location was good, bedding was new and clean.

I was surprised to find out this property is a “quad flex” as the company called it. There were 4 separate apartments in the one building. That was not in the description on Booking. The window in the bathroom was in the shower and the “ frosted” panel had been taken off of the top part of the window and at night you could see through the top and bottom part of the window from the outside. I had to prop a pizza box up in the window if I took a shower at night. When I messaged the company about this issue and requested a blind or some sort of window covering be placed for the remainder of our stay they responded that they “would see what they could do.” They did nothing. There was no central air. Every room had window units for cooling. They worked but just brought the value down in my opinion. The back patio area needs up grading. Could be nice but looks run down. When I booked the room it had a Wonderful rating on Booking. When I got a confirmation a couple days before our stay the rating had gone down to Pleasant. I would have never booked a Pleasant rating. There were pot holders hanging in the kitchen that had food on them from the previous guests. It looked gross so I washed them. Also there were cobwebs in the corners of the bedroom walls. Overall I feel the listing was deceiving and not worth the money for the stay. I get a feel for what they are trying to do but the inside needs updating .
