The location is great. Apartment is close to the beach, a grocery store and restaurants. The staff is friendly and useful, I felt very welcomed.

There is a certain lack of privacy due to the proximity of the neighbor's terrace. The terrace fence is a little bit low.

The location was excellent near the beach. the rooms were spacious. And the staff were very nice. We had three rooms and our flight out of Larnaka was at 7;00 PM so the manager gave us a late checkout from one of the rooms, which was a nice gesture.

The shower handle cradle in the room was not fixed properly and the rain shower was too low.

It was very close to the beach and all the restaurants, very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent location! Just a few meters from the beach. Loads of restaurants within walking distance. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. Highly reccomend. The art work was a nice touch.

Great location

Friendly and helpful staff, they helped with problem we had. Check-in and check-out was easy and they were flexible. 1min walk to the beach, surrounded with restaurants and coffee shops.

Bit noisy neighbourhood.

The location really helps to facilitate getting around, having great meals / drinks, and traveling around the island. The beach (people could be better about picking up after themselves) is literally steps away. Nicolas is very present and incredibly helpful!!

The accommodation was excellent, close to the beach. As soon as we entered, everything smelled clean. The people who work there will do everything to make your vacation go well. The owner will do everything he can to make your stay as good as possible. All praises

There are no things I didn't like

The staff and owner have been very helpful and kind. The flat was very clean and well equipped. Communication was fast and easy. They also informed us of a discount at a nearby restaurant. Highly recommend.

no coffee in the room, small shower stall. You have to call the hotel to get in, because there is no reception, but it's a real problem when you come from abroad and the roaming on the phone doesn't work. With no open public Wi-Fi in the area, getting in for the first time becomes a real challenge.

Location was excellent, just 30m from the promenade, beach area and cafes. Room was clean, modern and had everything that was needed. Host was very helpful. Very good.

Could have put some English Channels on TV. Room was not serviced at all during my 15 day stay which might have helped. But these are small issues and overall it was really good.

This apartment is perfect - it is in the very heart of Larnaca, very close to the beach (~1 min by foot). There are a lot of different restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. The apartment is clean, well equipped with all necessary electric appliances and has a nice small kitchenette. You can observe the Finikoudes promenade (embankment) from balcony and at the same time it's very quite over there. A note for business travelers - there is a good and high-speed internet in the apartment.

Very good location, just a few steps from the beach, restaurant and shops. Kind and helpful staff. The bed was quite comfortable.

The bathroom is not the best, there is very little space between the toilet and the shower etc. although it was clean and there was shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. All together nothing big thing to complain about.
