Perfect house for our family weekend. Had a very small issue on arrival which was addressed immediately. Great communication from the managing office. House is a short walk to the river and the pool was perfect for us. Had a blast!

Stayed two nights to watch the 2024 eclipse and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area with the chaise lounges was perfect for viewing and the river was a nearby alternative. We spent most of our time at the patio table watching the deer and relaxing. The kitchen was well-appointed and we cooked dinner both nights we were there. The bathrooms were clean and the shower had great water pressure.
The only negative was the unreliable wifi. Two of our party had to find other accommodations because they had to work remotely while we were there.
Other than that, we would definitely stay again.

The house was in a great location for river time and the concerts. The only complaint I have is the house did not come with sheets or any linens. When you travel the last thing you want to pack are sheets and towels for everyone. I called management and they brought us sheets and towels.

Our first trip to the Frío was amazing! We had so much fun and La Cabana is the perfect size for our big family. It had all the amenities we needed and had a nice outside patio to relax after a long sun-soaked day. It is within walking distance to a great spot on the river as well!
