Great apartment. Super clean and comfortable. Absolutely no where to park a boat while connected to your truck and no where to plug in a battery charger. Overall a good stay. Beautiful view and very quite.

Great condo in a great location. Very clean with a spectacular view of the St. John’s. Welaka is a small town at a very slow pace. Exactly what we were looking for. The river is the star. Bring your boat. The slip has easy access directly facing the river. There is a good current at times so be prepared to tie off well with bumpers. Despite what you hear the river does change directions of flow, being influenced by the tide. The condo is very nice and quite spacious. The pool area is in great shape complete with multiple grills. The lodge sits on a high bluff overlooking a big bend in the river. Sunsets are almost unbeatable. The other side of the river is all natural. Two thumbs way up!!

We had a wonderful stay in the Welaka Riverfront condo. It is in a great location, well taken care of, clean and had our own boat slip. The owner Christine was awesome. She was quick to respond to any communication and even called me the morning of our trip to make sure we were clear on directions to the property and access. She made sure to let me know if we needed anything to reach out. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family. Thanks again Christine for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Very quiet and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay very much, and wish we were able to stay longer! We booked again for March of next year, for a week this time. Christy was so helpful and attentive! We can’t wait to come back in March!
